Located in Las Vegas Strip, this lovely condo for $192 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the world’s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool. The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper. The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE. The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in. The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. If you have any requests it is best to call the resort front desk 7 days prior to the check in date. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

This was our second time staying here with friends for a music festival. Overall this place is nice, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy and the location works for us. It’s not the most walkable location but we like a reprieve from the bustle. The check in process is fine as long as you can avoid getting sucked in to presentation. Otherwise staff are always pleasant and helpful. The floors inside rooms could really use an update, my instincts tell me that brown grout was once white. We’ve had pleasant experiences and would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this property and we will definitely be back! It is close enough to the strip yet far enough to get away from all the craziness! The 2 bedroom is huge and beautifully remodeled. We had all the kitchen amenities needed in order to “cook in”when we wanted. You can hit the gym in the morning and then grab a Starbucks on the way to your room. There is an awesome kids center with pool, air hockey, video game, theatre room etc. The kids pool was great and we were able to sneak away to the adult pool for a little quiet time. Our host is always responsive and easy to work with. We HIGHLY recommend this place for your next family vacation!

Great price. Clean. Nice pool. About a 20 minute walk away from the main part of Las Vegas Strip. Suite was clean, roomy, and very quiet. Overall an amazing find!

Large rooms plenty of space. Next to airport but quiet. Can't hear the planes. About a mile walk to the strip along well lit streets. Check out is fast but check in is delayed by a 5-10 minute attempt to get you to sign up for a time share pitch -- the individual was charming so as long as you can say no 4 or 5 times it isn't unpleasant. Kitchen is equipped with adequate dishes etc. Room comes with lots of towels and detergent for the washer.

Went out with a group of friends for a music festival. Loved the kitchen and sitting areas. There's also a shuttle than runs to the strip but it stops at 9 pm so Ubers are required for nightlife activities.

Check in was easy, staff was pleasant and the property was great. the room was very clean and had everything we needed. The hotel included a free shuttle to the strip if you didn’t feel like walking and also had a free daily wine hour. Pool was not overly crowded and there is a Starbucks, small cafe and convenience store on site. Overall great value for the money and I would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect place for our family. We have 4 boys ranging from age 3 to 16 and everyone was happy and entertained the whole time. We especially loved the family pool since it's only 4 feet deep at its deepest! Also, we saved a TON of money by being able to cook or have cereal and snacks around the condo instead of eating out every time. The condo was clean, cute, and comfortable. We got to Vegas pretty early and they let us check in early which was a lifesaver! I would absolutely recommend and we will definitely be back.

One of my friends woke up with red bug bites on their body after sleeping the primary suite bed. We were unsure if it in fact has bed bugs or not but the front desk was not very helpful or acted if they didn’t believe us.

The room was so comfortable, with everything we needed for out stay. The shuttle was convenient to the strip (except when the driver declared he was on a lunch break). The 2 pools were cool, clean and relaxing. I definitely recommend this place and will probably return.

We all had an amazing time here, location was right off the Vegas Strip so it was really convenient to catch an Uber or even walk. The check-in process was quick an easy, the room was clean and ready for us to go right in. Check-out process was even faster, which allowed us to maximize our time there. Rooms were very spacious and they accommodated our whole party. All the staff were friendly and willing to help when asked. The front desk staff were awesome. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want somewhere to relax and chill.
