Situated in Las Vegas Strip, this charming condo for $216 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the world’s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool. The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper. The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE. The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in. The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. I booked this property for a last minute stay to get away from the cold winter storms that were approaching my area. I was not disappointed. It was everything as stated. The room was cozy, plenty of space for my guests. I will say the on site property people themselves are quite aggressive with trying to "give you free tickets" but as long as you are firm with where stand on things they will leave you alone. We were pleased and will be booking here again in the future.

Accurate information and good communication from the owner. The property is in a good location, convenient to the strip and highways. The high-pressure tactics of the timeshare property was pretty annoying, but I’d still stay there again.

It was winter time so we didn't have an opportunity to use all of the property features...but the room was perfect for our stay. We had great communications from the property manager which is super important to us. Thank you for a great stay!

Great apartment if you want to be close to the strip but prefer a more peaceful environment. Pools were very nice and apartment was clean and had all we needed. I would definitely choose again.

The owner didn't have room for me at this resort, so they put us up in their other Wyndam property: The Wyndam Desert Blue which is our FAVORITE place to stay in Vegas. Its close to the strip but not on it, its beautiful, clean, peaceful, and the suite is fit for a king! You'll be lucky if you get to stay here!

I love wyndham timeshare properties. This unit was a two bedroom. Everything was as advertised. We had a party of 7. Our 9 year old created a fort and chose to sleep in there while the adults fit comfortably in the various beds (1 king, 2 doubles, a sofabed) having a full kitchen was definitely a lifesaver since noone ever seems to be hungry at the same time! Check in was a breeze, I was offered (not hassled) a timeshare presentation which i declined. I never heard about it again. Overall an excellent 3 days in las vegas. Thank you!

Everything was as represented. Nice, clean, well stocked room. Beautiful views, close to the strip. Wyndham staff were helpful and friendly. The pool was nice and relaxing.

This condo was PERFECT for our family of 4!!! It was like staying at a Hotel but with a Home Comforts!! The Resort will take care of any of your needs and offer activities for the kids!! Such a nice surprise!! The Resort is just off the strip, so about a 15 minute walk. We didn't use the shuttle as we spent most of our time in downtown Las Vegas. We will definitely be coming back here!

Enjoyed our stay, everything was as described. The free shuttle to the strip was very convenient except that it would have been nice if it ran later. Even so it’s only $10 Uber from the strip or a 15min walk. Room was clean and we all found the beds to be very comfortable. Pools were large and it was nice having the adults only pool option as we were all adults.

This place was awesome. Located near the strip with 24 hour access to the pool and gym. I really enjoyed the extra amenities the resort had to offer like their Margarita Mondays. Would def want to stay here again.

Property was in a great location. We had two adjoining rooms which worked out perfectly for the 7 of us. The one-room did have some dirty dishes and utensils in it which was a little off-putting. Would stay there again.

I really enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and clean and affordable with all of us to split the cost. The "Master" bedroom had a beautiful walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub that worked wonderfully after a long day of walking on the strip. Saved money on an Uber by being close enough to the strip to walk. Lots of easy available parking too. Would definitely recommend .
