Nestled in Las Vegas Strip, this charming condo for $231 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the world’s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool. The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper. The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE. The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in. The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. If you have any requests it is best to call the resort front desk 7 days prior to the check in date. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

We had a great stay. The only frustrating part was the interactions with the timeshare sales staff. We made it very clear that we weren’t interested yet they phoned us everyday. In the end we just stopped picking the phone up! You can walk to MGM via the back of Too Golf - the buffet there is no frills food and much more affordable than elsewhere on strip. We hired a car for everything off strip including outlet shopping, pinball hall of fame, grocery shopping, and Circus Circus (free parking) at the other end of the strip. Ocean One Grille has great value lunches nearby. The hotel shuttle saves about 10-15 minutes of walking. Lots of roadworks nearby for the upcoming F1 race.

This place is excellent for a family stay. The place is clean, free of smoke, and with 24 hours pool access. The location is about a 10-15 min walk to the strip, with an option of the complimentary shuttle. We loved it.

We ended up at Wyndham Blue. Great place. We were at convention center for 4 days. The location was great. Near convention center and near strip (short drive for either ) free parking. 3 pools looked great but we worked the whole time. Mexican breakfast / lunch place short walk. I would stay again if I go back to Vegas

This place was perfect! Just off the strip but still close to everything. It was clean and comfortable. The parking was close and access was so easy. The pool was heated and if I had known perhaps we would have brought suits. I would highly recommend this place. Wish we could have stayed longer!

In town for the Raiders game and a show. Good location. Suite was very roomy and had everything we needed. Shuttle available to the "strip", but it was also an easy walk. Property was well maintained and all of the staff was very friendly. Great value.

Getting to the property was super easy and checkin was extremely helpful. The property had plenty of parking and was extremely clean. Easy to grab the shuttle to the strip but it was still close enough to walk. The room had everything we needed and more with tons of space which can be rare in Vegas. Super nice to come back from the strip to a quiet, clean, comfortable space. Highly recommend!!!

I had a minor miscommunication issue with the timeshare owner which was quickly resolved. The customer service was great. The sales checkin was unclear and required an awkward conversation. Guest checkin was smooth as long as I got the front desk their names. The room was beautiful, very functional and well furnished. The location is close to the strip, a short walk to convenience stores and restaurants, and a long walk to the grocery store.

Perfect location. Right off the strip. Peaceful resort. Nice pool and bar side pool. Oasis has some great food. The resorts offers (free) happy hour on certain days. Monday was margarita and nachos. Friday was wine! The host was great. He responded to messages quickly. I would definitely return!

My family enjoyed our stay. At check in there was a miscommunication on the accommodations needed for my wife with her health conditions that was not previously noted before we arrived. It would of made the stay nearly impossible to stay the whole time. Check in upgraded us to a bigger suite with no charge, which gave our family more space to relax. It was avgood stay after that. We enjoyed ourselves and so did our kids. We recommend it!

We had an amazing stay. The room was exactly as indicated. Master bedroom was even larger than I had expected. Loved the adult only pool. Check in/out was great and everyone was very nice. Guy was a bit aggressive wanting us to do tour then was kind of rude when we kindly said no thank you but other than that it was great. Thank you so much!!

We rented this for a soccer tournament and mainly for the space, full kitchen and washer/dryer access. It was easy to book, easy to check in and the property description was accurate. Very close to strip for those that are looking for the amenities but also to visit strip.
