I like that it was very easy to communicate with the resort. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. They were able to accommodate my check in time.
The weather. But definitely nothing the resort can do about it! :)

Property was very nice and clean. It was nice not having to pay extra for parking. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Was a 25 minute walk to T-mobile arena.
I was made to believe I had to attend a 90 minute time share presentation after checking in. This was never implied or instructed in the property description or communication with property host before booking. So, if you book this, you DO NOT have to attend a 90 minute time share presentation. You can say No. Unfortunately I wasn't told this until after the presentation. Really upset this interrupted my time/vacation with my family.

Nice to have a kitchen.
Location. Had to take a cab wherever we wanted to go anywhere.
The property was also a little run down and got harassed to buy a timeshare as soon as I checked in.
