Location is excellent for central coast stay in CA. Property is adequate two bedroom condo with indoor one car carage. Very comfortable accommodations. Property manager very responsive to questions asked.

My parents rented this condo for a month. It was in the perfect location and was very well stocked. It was great for them to be so close to downtown San Luis Obispo and wine country. They were very comfortable throughout their stay and will definitely be renting this condo in the future!

This condo met all our needs with one exception. The location was great for visiting our family that lives in historic neighborhood. Having use of a garage was A+. My only complaint is that the beds were very firm. I ended up having to purchase a pad to use since it was a month long stay. Beds need to be upgraded in my opinion and an added night stand in the master bedroom would be nice. I would definitely stay again, but bring a pad for the bed.

Nice, clean property located in the Railyard District of SLO and right across the tracks from Sinsheimer Park. Kitchen was well stocked. 2nd Bedroom faces Broad St. and it has traffic noise. Bring ear plugs if planning on using this room.

Close to everything, walk to restaurants, coop grocery store. We often walked into downtown via the hike-bike trail. Easy drive to all the beaches.

We spent 2 months in this apartment and enjoyed every bit of it! It has everything you need and is close to downtown, the trails, and shopping centers. It is about 20 min driving distance from Avila Beach, an amazing and cute beach. Quiet neighborhood, and perfect for what we needed! We highly recommend it!

Condo was a perfect place for my stay - location and amenities! Loved having the fireplace and garage. Condo was well furnished and clean. Living room sofas were not that comfortable and refrigerator ice maker did not work but other than that - place was well worth the money.

We had a great 5 week stay in this condo. The management was very prompt and helped fix a previously leaking garbage disposal and dishwasher. Basic cooking items needed were promptly provided, as requested. 13x9 baking pan, electric mixer, large saucepan, etc. I strongly suggest a larger TV in the living room, 2 more bar stools, and switching out the 2 loveseats for a sofa and loveseat. The beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and it is great to have a grocery coop in easy walking distance..

We love the location of this town home with many great near by restaurants and a local grocery store. Home is a little dated but has great private views and lots of natural lights. The beds are super comfortable and the carpet was cleaned after we arrived. We would stay here again!
