Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project Phase 4 to Begin Early September 2026
Phase 4 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin early September 2026, and is estimated to continue through early spring 2027.
Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Weekend and overnight work may be necessary but will be communicated in advance.
Project Work Zone Includes:
Lighthouse Lane, Mizzenmast Lane, Windjammer Court, Mizzenmast Court, Genoa Court
Storm Water Drainage will take place on Windjammer Court and Mizzenmast Lane
Milling and paving operations will take place on Mizzenmast Lane, Windjammer Court, Mizzenmast Court, Genoa Court
Project Work will Include:
Surveying and underground utility mark outs. Please do not remove any staking or utility markings.
Stormwater drainage upgrades: Excavation and replacement of the stormwater drainage system including pipes and catch basins.
Temporary steel plates will be installed to cover open excavations.
Please be aware that construction noise will occur in the project zone throughout major construction activities
Well-pointing and dewatering operations (lowering groundwater levels to provide more stable working conditions). Overnight dewatering will be required utilizing pumping systems.
Due to the nature of major infrastructure construction work, planned and unplanned water or utility outages in the work zone may occur. This includes possible water, sewer, internet, telephone and power interruptions.
Demolition and construction of sidewalks, curbs, and roadways.
Tree and lagoon work.
Traffic Management:
Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site.
Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians.
Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.

The property was exactly like advertised. We were very happy with the condo and the location. The gear from Vacation Company(bikes) were perfect for our stay. We would definitely come. Back for another stay.

I stayed at 913 Cutter Court for a week with my family and we had an amazing time. The staff at the Vacation Company is what really made the place over the top great. They are very responsive to any questions or concerns and want you to have a great time, they really go the extra mile to accommodate you.The apartment was super clean, it almost looks brand new. Especially the kitchen which is modern and very well equipped. We cooked a handful of times during our stay and honestly the kitchen had more things than my own does, I loved it!The location was great, the trolley stops right outside, the pool is within walking distance, beautiful view of a golf course, and its located right behind the harbor town lighthouse where we walked at night. The parking situation was great as well, plenty of spots right out front.The pull out couch in the living room was really good quality and the bed in the bedroom was huge! Plenty of linens (sheets, towels, etc.). I think the only room for improvement could be if the place had a bigger tv. We werent at the beach to watch tv anyway but it rained one night so it wouldve been nice to have a big tv but still the two tvs that are there are great, new, and sufficient size (plus they have a roku for netflix - huge plus!). The wifi was really quick too.If youre looking for a place for a quiet easy vacation then this is your spot! Its not ocean front but it sure does make up for it with the affordable price, trolley out front, modern amenities, pool close by, harbor town lighthouse close, the golf course view, and the staff behind the rental. I highly recommend, wish I could give the place more than 5 stars!
