The house was roomy. Very family friendly. We appreciate the child gates to make the stairways safer for our toddler. Close to town within walking distance. The kitchen was well stocked.

We all loved the house, excellent space to visit with each other and have some space to read and be cozy. Could have used some paper towels and hot tub shock. Other than that we could not have been happier! We will be back next winter for sure! And bring our own paper towels haha!

TLDR: NOT RECOMENDED After reading some of the scathing reviews, I was a little worried coming into the house, but it was actually very very nice and clean with even more beds than listed. It's a great location and nice. We made dinner the first night and the kitchen sink backed up, it backed up so badly that there was food from the sink that went into the UPSTAIRS SHOWER DRAIN. So many calls to the management company with a run around, I was even told the plumber was THERE fixing it while I was there with no plumber at all. Then the downstairs bathroom started to smell like sewage. Day 2 and we have lost 2 of the three bathrooms and use of the kitchen. The 'management' company is a huge conglomerate, you're not talking to anyone who can do anything and they are not in the area at all, and all they do is pay lip service. The matter was finally taken care of (previous renters apparently had poured fat and oil down the disposal) but it took over 24 hours, and most importantly, we had to call constantly and were told someone was on the way in the next hour for 24 hours. Nice house, but totally not worth it. It seems like it often has some nasty gross issue that is not taken care of for entirely too long. They do not care at all about reviews and do nothing to make up for any issues.

Extremely disgusting. Me and my family decided to take a trip up here, there was bugs falling in our food while we were making a family dinner. Food wasted. We had to throw everything away. Cabinets filled with dead bugs. Utensils were very dirty. The dinner plates were covered in food and stains that the house has provided for the guests. Bugs were everywhere. The walls covered with stains.

This house has enough room for 2-3 family’s to stay together. We have stayed in this house several times and make it a cousins weekend. Walking distance to the snow tubing parks. Has enough space for your to be together as a whole group enjoying family time. With the space to be able to have quite down time as well. Always great to for our yearly snow family snow adventure weekend.
