This airy, meticulous cottage has everything you need for a relaxed stay with friends or family. Less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, with tons of easy street parking, the decor is endless California summer, complete with nautical touches, surfboards and beautiful shades of blue. For our group, the best feature of the house was the great room and kitchen: a super comfy sectional couch hosted many family members, and a large farm table easily accomodated 8 people (even 10). The kitchen is supremely well stocked with appliances for every cuisine; markets, restaurants and coffee shops are a stone's throw away.
The property manager Bic is a dream to work with. The house was perfectly decorated for the holidays -- just enough Christmas cheer. Her lightening-fast communications were always thoughtful and informative: she could not be more reponsive. We are not strangers to the area, but I could imagine how helpful she'd be if a group from out of town was trying to figure out the lay of the land.
Don't hesitate to book this lovely little cottage for a relaxed stay near the shore!

We were looking for a special place to celebrate my oldest daughter 21st Birthday. This place was perfect for the occasion. It was as advertised and had even more than we could have ever expected or needed. When I say it had everything, it had everything. We will definitely keep this place in mind and look to rent again or even look into their other properties. The owner even stopped by to say Hi and dropped off a birthday cake, which to us was just incredible and so thoughtful. Truly a great place to celebrate a special occasion or just a perfect place to call home for a couple of days. Thank you very much!!

We had a blast and loved how close we were to the beach. The house has everything you need and more. It's got tons of space and comfort. The refrigerator didn't work while we were there and it couldn't be repaired. The host was quick to try to rectify the situation by bringing a cooler with ice. Communication was easy and prompt. We were all so happy to be there and we just ended up eating out more than planned. I'd stay there again and again.

We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay at the beach. Nice surroundings, great location with a short walk to to the beach and pier. The place is very clean and the fire pit is the perfect way to end the day after watching the sunset.

We enjoyed our time at this beach property. The location was nice and was walking distance to the Redondo Pier and Beach. The home was comfortable, with some very nice amenities. In particular we loved the fire pit on the front porch.
The most memorable part of this rental was our host, Bic. Her attentiveness and hospitality was phenomenal and we can't say enough good things.
We would definitely stay at this property again.

Bic is an amazing host and we definitely recommend this rental. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodating our group. In addition, this home has EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING you need and more for an enjoyable stay. They have thought of everything one would need. The walk to the beach is about 5-10 minutes, near shops, bars and restaurants. The bikes are a plus. My daughter (15) rode the bikes daily and loved how easy and convenient it was to ride and get around. The parking was a plus as well. We had no problems finding a place right in front. The stores are close by as well. If you have questions or concerns the owner is very responsive. Out of all of the rentals we have stayed in over the years, this has been the best thus far.
Thank you again Bic. Our family cannot wait to stay again.

We could not have asked for a better location, quality of property and amenities. They thought of everything, and we especially loved sitting out by the fire pit and just hanging out. We celebrated my son graduating from college and had a bbq on Sunday night and everything went so smoothly. Plenty of serving platters and kitchen essentials made it seem less. The location to the beach cannot be beat!

My one thing is that the pictures looked like there is another bedroom, but the pictures just show the double wide bunk bed with the trundle pulled out. It wasn’t an issue, but I wanted others to know that there are officially three sleeping spaces and one sleeping space sleeps up to 5 people.

Loved this gem in Redondo Beach! The location is perfect and is an easy walk to the beach and close to shops as well. It is exactly as shown in the photos, well equipped and very organized. Great communication with our host too. When we are back in the area we will definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed the location on Pearl St. I was in town with my 3 young adult children. The house was perfect. Clean and stocked with all the things we needed. Great open floor plan and comfortable for us all. We cooked a wonderful brunch, enjoyed local restaurants and found everything we needed at nearby local shops. Wonderful weekend and the home provided a comfortable home base.

We had a wonderful trip to Redondo Beach. This house is exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you’d need, and having laundry on-site was a life-saver! Bic has thought through your every need. The weather while we were there was not beach weather, but we still took advantage of the beach chairs one sunny afternoon. There were bikes of every size, coolers, balls, a closet with games and kids toys.
The location was also wonderful. Redondo Beach is a nice little community. The house is a very easy walk to the beach and the pier, and there is a wonderful playground for kids. It’s also an easy drive (depending on rush hour traffic!) into Hollywood, Santa Monica, and L.A. we made the most of our week and took in as many sights as we could. You won’t run out of things to do here.
Bic was very easy to work with. We had no problems at all, but any little question I had was answered within minutes. We would definitely recommend this property, and would absolutely stay here again.

This is a very clean and well appointed property. Thoughtfully supplied with bikes , beach supplies, games and lots of tvs!
The only drawback is the lack of three separate sleeping areas. The
sleeping area with the bunk bed and trundle bed is on the pathway to the second discrete bedroom.
The area is a quiet neighborhood with some restaurants and stores nearby. The beach is a short walk and has a great playground for kids.
This was a relaxing spot - we enjoyed it with our grandkids and their parents for a
Christmas meet up.

We enjoyed everything about this property! The living space was comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, tea and coffee for the morning, and other amenities. We enjoyed the firepit in the evening and the use of bicycles for riding along the beach bike path. Some of the bikes could be retired and possibly replaced. Bic responded immediately to any questions we had before and during our stay.

We all were born and raised in the South Bay and I left at 41 so it will always be home. The ocean, the weather, Tony’s on the pier, family and friends draw us back often. Super comfortable house and great location!

The house was located in a great location for our family events that were centered between El Segundo and Palos Verdes. The house was clean, well stocked and in a great location. It was the one of the hottest weeks of the year and the AC worked great. With the AC on and windows closed, we heard no street noise. The beds were very comfortable. We typically parked in front of the house. One time we had to park < 1 block away on another quiet side street.

The house is absolutely perfect & well equipped for a family. It’s close to the beach and the pier - would definitely stay again! We ran into an issue where the air conditioner broke during our duration of stay but the property manager was very responsive and did everything she could to make us comfortable. The house was clean but our feet did get very dirty, it seemed the wood floor could have been mopped before hand but everything else was perfect!!

What a cozy, fun Beach vibe your home gives. We had the best time staying at your home on a Girls Trip. We loved the quick walk to the beach, so many convenient stores around. and Easy parking! We explored South Bay and loved coming home every evening to a relaxing fire or couch session! Thank you for all of the beach items you supplied! We plan to come back again!

Bic was very responsive immediately if we had any questions. The location of the property is awesome! Close to Redondo beach and pier. Short dricing distance to other beaches. One con is the parking isn’t the best as we had to park a block or two away at times as all the parking spots in front of the property were taken by other properties as it’s street parking. One suggestions is to have a small table in master bedroom to set things on since there isn’t room for a bedside table. Master bathroom is small but worked ok. The beds were very comfortable.

This property was perfect for the beach trip we had envisioned. It was clean, cute and so close the the beach. The beach itself was nice and quiet on the weekdays and a little crowded on the weekend but still pleasant. The house had everything we needed to make meals as well as a wagon, chairs, coolers and boogie boards to take to the beach. The one question we had while we were there was answered promptly. We will definitely stay again if we come back to the Redondo area.

We came into town to celebrate my youngest daughter's high school graduation, and needed 3 bedrooms. This met that criteria and so much more. The beds were great, the living areas were comfy and roomy, and the outside patio was the place we spent our evenings. We were literally 1/2 mile from the high school and about 1.3 miles from my daughter's Mom's house! We will definitely seek out this property in the future if needs arise, and Bic is a great host!!
