The floor plan features an open living room/dining room/kitchen area, two California King suites with private baths, a main bathroom, a Twin/Queen bunk room and a loft with two extra long twin beds. Enjoy mountain views, new kitchen appliances, and large flatscreen TVs in every room. A creek burbles alongside the suite decks, and beautiful walks in Snowcreek Meadow are just steps from the door. With trees, ponds and wildlife in the parklike grounds surrounding the condo, there’s no forgetting you’re in the mountains. You’ll be five minutes from Mammoth’s legendary ski lifts, adjacent to the town bike path, and within walking distance to town. What’s more, a free shuttle conveniently stops at the property entrance every 20 minutes, making it easy to get around without a car. In between your mountain adventures, sip coffee on the deck, kick back in front of the pellet stove, curl up with a book in the nook, whip up a meal in our well-equipped kitchen… With ~2000 comfortable square feet, there’s plenty of space for everyone to chill, chat and revel in the alpine atmosphere. And just across the parking lot, is the community Spa and Sauna, so you can soak up some extra relaxation at the end of a hard day of play. Our place is good for families, couples, business travelers, and groups. Pets are allowed, but must be pre-approved prior to making your reservation. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It felt like we were in our own home. the location is perfect, just a short 2 min drive to the village. We will definitely be booking this location again.

This was our 5th stay at Emmitt’s, the first with our dog! Lydia decorated the home for Christmas and we had a fantastic week there. I’m continually shocked at how well stocked the home is. We cooked a full Christmas meal with no issues, other rentals only provide a pan or two, and often times not even salt or pepper. We’ll continue to go back!

we had our Thanksgiving holiday at this property. The boys got to do their snowboarding and the girls were hanging out at the property for some relaxing time.
The location is great and the property has everything. Owner has stocked up the cabin with pretty much everything you would need. Five star property for sure.

Hillary added excitement and rain. We saw fabulous wildflowers in the nearby meadow. We went hiking and watched several deer nearby. I highly recommend the tranquil setting of Snowcreek

This place checked all the boxes and more! Great location, perfect for extended family with 2 king suites w/ decks out to lawn and small creek. Everything was high quality, from the furnishings, cookware, dishes, linens, BBQ grill, decor. Even had recliners, Beds were amazing! Very well stocked for basic necessities. We have been going to Mammoth for decades and this place tops the others we have stayed in. Only downside is it is not designed for babies or toddlers, but we managed with a two year old. The host was super accommodating and communicative. I hope we can stay there again!

We can’t say enough good things about this beautiful condo furnished with all the amenities! Lydia was a gracious host and was immediately available for any and all our questions or requests. A definite 5 Star.!! On the bus line to ski resorts and village! Large jacuzzi and sauna on Snowcreek properties. Dog friendly! ❤️❤️❤️ we would definitely rent again!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Emmitt’s Solitude. Lydia was very responsive. The house is beautiful and clean. Very well equipped and comfortable. Short drive to the slopes. Perfect place to get together with our children and grandchildren. Not sure if a return trip will be possible since we live on the East Coast, but would highly recommend!

I have stayed in several Mammoth condos over the years but I have never stayed in a place quite like this one. It was really perfect in every way. Normally when you stay at someone else’s home there are things you quickly notice that remind you of the fact that you’re in someone else’s place. This condo has EVERYTHING you would want for a thoroughly enjoyable stay! The thoughtfulness of things like iPhone charging stations in multiple areas, the big screen TV’s in every room, lots of games for family game nights, exceptional showers (especially in the master), cute decor around the whole place, etc. We just all absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back! And on top of how nice the place was the kindness and communication from Lydia was also great. Thank you for helping create a wonderful family memory and sharing your beautiful Mammoth home with us!

We stayed here 1/20-1/23 with our son and his family of 6 and were very happy with this condo. It was obvious the owners put their heart into this place and made it cozy and inviting. Lydia was quick to respond to questions and provided a stairway safety gate for the toddlers. Beds were comfortable, carpeting looked new, kitchen had every small appliance you could imagine and dishes and silver were sparkling clean. Added touch: humidifiers were even provided.

Lydia home was simply immaculate, clean and perfectly appointed with every imaginable detail. I’ve been doing vacation rentals for 15 years and have never come across such a home that felt like it had everything I could possibly think of. Lydia was super responsive. We are comiyback again. And for those skiers…this was just a 5 min drive to eagle lodge…roads were plowed daily so we never felt snowed in!!

This home is simply lovely. Very well cared for & clean. The owners are the sweetest people I’ve ever rented from. They really go the extra mile to make you feel at home and make sure you have everything needed for a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for two families of four. Our kids loved the loft and the bunk room. The location was better than we thought. In addition to the nice walking trails right out side the place, it was centrally located to town and the mountain. You can actually walk to town if you’d like. The kitchen was fully stocked with absolutely everything needed to make a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. We loved our stay & will definitely return to explore mammoth in the summer. Thank you Lydia & Glen

The owners go above and beyond. They make sure you have pretty much everything you need and they add sweet personal touches to make the stay even better.
Location is close to lakes, the village, stores. The property grounds are beautiful. Very peaceful. Highly recommend staying here. We loved our stay here and hope to be back next year.

All of the reviews here are so accurate - the entire house was so clean, I looked forward to going to bed every night as the bedding and mattresses were so comfortable, and the owners really make an effort to make sure everything you need is in the house. Its really well stocked especially the kitchen and pantry which we appreciated not having to bring our own pots, pans, seasonings, etc. Lydia was really responsive to my questions that came up over the week via both phone and text. The kids loved the loft area as they had their own little special hangout away from the adults. We hope to come back again next year!

Great kids and dog friendly place to stay at Mammoth
We really loved the place. It was very clean and it had all the equipments we needed. Usually we travel with a box of kitchen/laundary utensils/supplies since most of the places don't have all we need. But we never opened the box here since this property had literary everhing we needed. It even had boxes of Ziplock bags. I can tell that the propery owner, Lydia, really cares about the customer. We will definitely go back here next winter. Thank you, Lydia!

Best Mammoth Condo
We had an incredible stay at Emmitt's Solitude. The condo was immaculate and so well-appointed with coffee k-cups, extra lotion, blankets, and even a nice bottle of wine. All of the amenities and extra little touches made such a big impact! And we always love traveling with our dogs, and appreciated that this condo was dog-friendly and also so clean! Everything was immaculate, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

She was also so flexible and did the most that any host has ever done. The unit was so clean and nice as well. They leave you a wine bottle and other goodies as well. This place is also located in a very good location. One of my favorite things was that they are dog friendly and love dogs (also gave us some treats for our doggies). Will be renting this place anytime we go to mammoth!

Fabulous Vacation Spot
If you are looking for a wonderful home for your vacation, this is the home for you. The homeowners worked hard to provide a welcoming environment for us. The checking in process was seamless and the homeowners checked in with us on our arrival date to be sure we were able to get in the house and if we needed anything. Cleanliness is important for our family and the home was spotless. By far the best stocked home with essentials we've stayed at in Mammoth for the last decade or so. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a welcoming home. Location is quiet and beautiful!
