Ideally situated for walking to Pacific Grove, Cannery Row, Monterey Aquarium and Fisherman's Wharf. Fine dining, bars and shopping are a short stroll away. Convenient access for 17 mile drive, Carmel and Big Sur. A spectacular home in a World famous location. Pacific Grove Transient Licence #0286 The lower level of this duplex is a luxury vacation rental offering 2 spacious bedrooms with king size beds and 2 full bathrooms.The unit sleeps up to 4 people and also includes a living/dining room, gourmet kitchen, ocean front patio with fire pit and seating area. Amenities include high speed internet, WiFi, flat screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Please Note: A minimum 5 night stay is required for Concours d’Elegance (car week).

Thanks to Jane and her absolutely beautiful home Grandpa and I have the most fantastic stay with our two granddaughters! I couldn't recommend this place more! The home is comfortable and lovely and the view is fantastic! We enjoyed being able to walk to Cannery Row and also to sit on our patio and watch dolphins and sea otters!

This home was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and newly renovated. The location is supreme, and one can hear the ocean waves from the living room. The fire pit on the front patio was divine. The neighborhood is quiet, yet a short walk to the aquarium and restaurants.
We appreciated the new washer/dryer, cooking spices and oils, local guidebooks, and binoculars for whale- and otter-watching. Thanks for being such a gracious host, Jane!

You can’t beat the location and views from this perfect house. Beds are comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. We sat outside and watched dolphins, otters, and seals in the water. Walkable to restaurants and the aquarium. We loved it and would return again.

This property is a beautiful remodel in a prime location. Located directly across the street from the water, the views are amazing and the neighborhood is very walkable. The property manager was super communicative and prompt in responses. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Wonderful location! Beautiful accommodations. Lovely host! Everything we needed for a perfect stay at Pacific Grove. One of our best experiences of our California trip was sitting around the firepit, eating pizza, watching waves crash on the rocks, and listening to a herd of sea lions a few feet away “talk” to each other! Paradise on earth!

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous home with fabulous views of the ever-changing ocean from the amazing porch which also has a fire pit. If you’re looking for one of the best places to stay in Pacific Grove, this is it. You’ll be walking distance to restaurants, Lover’s Point and Cannery Row. Jane was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. This home is a 5 star stay!

Three of us stayed in this beautiful home by the sea. It was gorgeous, with an incredible view. The outside fire pit kept us outside in the fabulous sea air. We will be back.

A truly wonderful way to finish out our vacation. The accommodations were wonderful and spotlessly clean. The location was very central and the views spectacular! We will cherish the memories of our morning coffee watching the marine life and our evenings by the firepit. Jane was a lovely and helpful host.

The pictures don’t even do this place justice! From pulling up to the curb to walking inside this beautifully appointed home is meticulously decorated and has everything that you need! The fire pit on the front porch is amazing and allows you to sit and watch the ocean, waves, birds and sea lions in action. Our host, Jane, made it so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Can’t wait to return!

Truly a magnificent property with comfortable accomodations but most importantly the most beautiful porch with the most beautiful view! Having a glass of wine while watching the ocean was truly magnificent. Walking distance to lots of cute restaurants and shops. Couldn't recommend enough!

We decided to splurge a little on this place and it was such a great decision! The host is incredible - communicative and super helpful. The place is amazing - clean, well furnished and absolutely beautiful view. The location is perfect. We walked almost everywhere - the aquarium, restaurants, attractions. I would stay here again ten times out of ten.

Property is in a great location. The only negative was that the power was off due to the weather and did not get restored until Saturday night about 9:30.

Couldn’t have asked for anything more. It’s such a beautiful and convenient location. Loved the accommodations. Everything was immaculate and the detailed instructions along with restaurant recommendations were much appreciated. The fireplace and fire-pit were the icing on the cake. The views along the walking trail were spectacular. Would love to make a yearly trip. Thank you Jane. Great location with an amazing view.
Enjoyed cocktails and watching the harbor seals while sitting around the patio fire pit. The walking trail across the street provided miles of enjoyment along the bay.
Communication with the Jane made check in/out a breeze.

This is one of the rare properties that actually look EXACTLY as the pictures show. What we couldn't really see, was the cleanliness of the house...and the kindliness of the property owners. We feel blessed to have spent an awesome week at this property with our family! We highly recommend it also because it is walking distance to Cannery Row and Grocery stores and of course, world class views!

Rental was in a perfect location, walking distance to Cannery Row. Rental is in excellent condition and set up wonderfully for 2 couples or a family. Owners live in upstairs unit, and are extremely responsive to any needs/ concerns.

Loved our stay in this beautiful home. The view was beyond astounding and Jane and her husband were beyond the sweetest caring people. The pictures on the site are beautiful, but being there onsite was even more than anticipated. Thank you Jane for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We had a great experience staying at this property. The location is incredible. Easy walk to the aquarium, grocery stores, beach, and there were seals on the beach every day to dazzle our kids. Parking was also very easy in front of the house.
The house is lovely and well maintained. The patio is incredible. After we put the kids to bed each night, we'd read and relax onthe patio listening to the ocean.
Communication was excellent with the owners.

This property is well located for walks along the waterfront and to restaurants in both Monterey and Pacific Grove. The decor is stunning. The layout is perfect for 2 parties as it has 2 ensuite bedrooms that are well separated and sound-proof. The kitchen is stocked with every convenience and accoutrement we could imagine. The outdoor space with its furnishings, fire pit and ocean view was the hub of our short visit and exceeded all of our expectations. The check-in process was a breeze and parking was never a problem. Our host, Jane, was helpful and accommodating. We can't wait to return!

This house was perfect for our trip. Beautifully decorated and perfectly laid out. The front porch with the fire pit was so nice. We will stay here every time we come to Pacific Grove!
