Located in Tybee Island, this lovely condo for $322 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Oh the Views!!!! As Featured on HGTV::Beachfront Bargain Hunt. Our Episode is viewable through On Demand Fortunately, we had the wonderful opportunity of participating in an episode of the HGTV show Beachfront Bargain Hunt, which Flip Flop Fever is featured in. The episode covers the story on my search for the perfect beachfront/oceanfront property and I invite you to come stay in my perfect piece of paradise--Flip Flop Fever. The sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean surround you in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. You can watch the dolphins play just a couple hundred yards away, take in the enormous cargo ships as they glide the edge of the horizon, watch the shrimp boats catch tonight's dinner and smell the sweet saltwater air all from the comfort of your own private balcony and from both the living room and the master bedroom in this condo. Enjoy these scenes from a cozy sofa or queen bed with a handmade Tybee Island driftwood headboard, while dozing off for an afternoon nap after a morning stroll along the sandy shores. There are stairs to the 3rd floor and no elevator is available, but I feel the climb is worth the view. In past years, I have rented condos at Tybee for my family, and I was often disappointed in the presentation and the bare minimum preparation. I have gone to great efforts to make my condo exceed your expectations regarding supplies and items throughout the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes, pots/pans and accessories you would need to prepare a Sunday meal or brew a quick pitcher of iced tea to sit on the porch and enjoy sipping throughout the afternoon. I am a big crockpot lover, when I’m visiting the beach. It’s so easy to throw something in the crockpot before heading out to catch some rays and when you return – lunch is ready! There is a large crockpot available for your use. A high-powered telescope located in the living room, allows you an up close and personal view of the sights and sounds of Tybee Island, Georgia and Hilton Head island in the distance. Watch the dolphins play, see the fish jumping or peek in on the kite boarders that frequently entertain us with their presence. The bath linens are of exceptional quality, soft and comfy. I have left plenty of bedding for your convenience and there is a pull-out sofa in case you bring more friends. I really believe it is the small touches that make someone feel welcome and relaxed. My goal in decorating this condo was to create an environment that is conducive of a relaxing beach vacation. A true home away from home feeling that will keep you coming back for more. The community is private with gated entrance and offers 2 pools and a kiddie pool. There is also a small area with swings for the children. BBQ grills outside the pool area and tennis courts across the street as well. I invite others to share in my enjoyment of the Atlantic Ocean and hope that their vacation at Tybee Island, Georgia will leave lasting footprints in their lives for years to come. I love this condo and I take pride in my little piece of paradise and would ask that everyone do the same and treat it as your own home. Most importantly, take a deep breath and relax you will soon be on vacation!

The view of each sunrise from our balcony was spectacular! The view of the full moon equally breathtaking. Quiet and cozy. Ideally located for eating and shopping on the island. Would return to this property.

This place was a little piece of heaven from the beautiful sunrises over the ocean to the sunsets! Every moment we sat on the deck, which was quite often was so relaxing and peaceful. We loved watching the cargo boats go by daily we watched dolphins one day. We enjoyed the daily walks on the beach as well as the delicious meals at many different restaurants. The condo was adorably decorated and very well stocked with all you need to cook meals if you choose…..we enjoyed eating out for all the wonderful seafood.
We spent a couple of days in Savannah which was only about 25 minutes away. We strongly recommend Fort Pulaski which is just down the road about 10 minutes.
We used the pool on one occasion….we just enjoyed the beach and balcony so much, that the pool was far down on our list of thing to do.
Thank you so much Stacia for sharing you beautiful beach home with us. He was very attentive to any questions we asked her. We had a slight problem with the air conditioning, and she had t fixed immediately. We would love to come back in the future and hope this condo will be available!

I love the property I just wished on the listing it stated we had to climb 4 freight’s of steps. The steps were the worse part. We could not park at the property due to small parking spaces. The view was awesome. The place was clean and very welcoming and comfortable.

If you are on the fence about booking this place-DO IT!! The views are AMAZING! A 3 minute walk and you are in the ocean. The condo was clean and the owner was responsive to our questions prior to our arrival. Already planning on booking for next year (although not in August, the heat was brutal). Plenty of pictures and memories, THANK YOU!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. The place was spotless, and had pretty much everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is unparalleled—gorgeous views of the ocean and barges going by, right next to a walkway to the beach and rinse off station, two pools and kiddie pool in the complex and short walk or drive to coffee and restaurants. It’s also in north Tybee, which means less people overall, almost felt like we had a private beach to ourselves! Highly highly recommend!

I love Savannah, and my wife and kids love the beach. Tybee helped us enjoy both! We chose this condo because of the view of the beach and incoming/outgoing container ships, and of course the great reviews. It did not disappoint! It was love at first sight for my wife. We could not have planned better accommodations ourselves. There was plenty of room for the four of us, and it was very nice having 2 bathrooms. It was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The pool is very nice. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or needs. The condo is walking distance to the Lighthouse Point attractions, and the location made it very handy for accessing the highway into town or to Savannah. Only two minor drawbacks for me, Those 46 steps up to the 3rd floor after a long day, and it seems like it takes forever to walk to the beach. Overall a great stay. Highly Recommend!

Our family of six enjoyed the stay. We watched the dolphins and big freight liners everyday. The kids enjoyed the two pools more than the beach. The place is on the third floor so if you have someone that has a difficult time with stairs this wouldn’t be the place for you. The parking spot is directly under the condo so if you have a larger vehicle you’ll have to park a little farther away by the pool. Awesome sunrise view from the condo and if you walk out to the beach you can look back towards savanah for the sunset view.

My 18 and 20 year old kids and I just stayed here over the 4th of July week. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the host, the condo itself or the location. Everything was perfect!
Stacia was quick to respond d to any questions I had and was very friendly. The check in process/codes were all made available to me via the app, it was simple and easy.
The condo is decorated so nicely. From the minute we walked in it felt like vacation. The condo had everything we needed: cooking utensils, dinnerware, wine glasses :-), plenty of towels, games, chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view and convenient parking. There is also a hose down station too, right at the base of the stairs, so you can rinse off when walking back from the beach. The stairs were not a problem at all.
Location, location, location! The view from our balcony was amazing. The master bedroom has that great view as well. We saw dolphins a few times and several large cargo ships. I would’ve liked to stay forever just for the view alone. The walk to the beach is just over the bridge and a short path through the dunes. The beach is private so it was nice and quiet. No rowdy party goers or loud music or wild partying. The beach was perfectly clean. South beach is only about a 5 minute drive away for restaurants and shopping.

This is a great condo for two couples. It had everything we needed to cook and for the beach plus a great view! *Lots of stairs so it’s not the place for people with mobility issues.

The property was great! The location was great! Beautiful place. The stairs are a bit much but totally worth it! The view is amazing! I do wish they stocked it with toilet paper, we had to buy our own. Other then that it was nice.

I will have that view and the feel of the breeze in my memory for ever. The place is so nice with two bathrooms and two bedrooms and a full kitchen. Loved that there were three TVs. Grills by the pool were great and the complex is wonderful. We’ve stayed at the complex before but not a place with two sliders and a huge balcony over looking the water. This is one of the best. Yes, I read the reviews about the stairs. I didn’t mind them a bit. We all needed them because the food on the island is so amazing it was nice to get extra steps in. I can’t wait to come back. This is the part of the island that I prefer - quiet and empty. Imagine having the beach practically to yourself. This complex has a huge beach front with very few people on it. Go down to the water and take pictures up and down the coast of your secluded spot. Make sure you get the lighthouse in the shot. Then go out to eat and take pictures of the great food. These two things and many others keep us coming back each year. Found some new little shops with locally made things this year. Lots of treasures to take back. This condo has ruined me - I can’t go to Tybe without renting a place with the view. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. The pool area could’ve been cleaner. they had two coffee makers, both of them leaked. But other than that wonderful location.

The view from the deck is the most beautiful thing, we saw the sun come up the dolphins in the water, we enjoyed our stay on the beach and by the pool,. The owner Stacia was very nice and made sure if we needed anything she was just a call away.. The home was very nice and clean, the beds were very comfortable, I will definitely be coming back again!

This is a wonderful condo with an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean. There's a lovely balcony on which we spent a lot of time people watching, watching the wildlife, enjoying the beautiful sunrises & sunsets, and all those ginormous ships passing by. There were 4 of us in this stay. It says it can hold 6, but in my opinion, it would be tight quarters with 6. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was awesome. They have a good quality telescope available for you to use - what an asset! We loved it. Tybee Island is a wonderful place to visit and this place was just the ice cream on the cake.

We enjoyed a long weekend on Tybee. The property was wonderful - loved the views and the short walk to the beach! Tybean soon became a favorite stop for our morning coffee.

Too many stairs! Ran out of toilet paper, you could put an extra roll in each bathroom, no dishwasher detergent, was small but very cozy. Excellent views. Would stay again except for the stairs.

Enjoyed seeing the ships come in along with the view of the beach. Stacia left 2 new beach chairs there which was really nice. We liked having 2 pools. Had great meals at Stingray’s, AJ’s dockside, creek house, crab shack, Fannies, and Pirates house. Best shrimp in a long time! This condo was around the corner from all the crowds. 10

The condo was wonderful. Decorated very cute and the beds were very comfortable. On a rainy day you can sit on the covered balcony and listen and see the waves. It is a great location. Any question that I had was answered immediately. Definitely recommend!

Condo could stand some repairs and updating. Bed in master is queen and not a king as advertised. Overall good experience and well decorated. Condo was even decorated Christmas! The best part is incredible view on private balcony. Stunning sunrise views!

The only complaint I have about this place is the dragging of our suitcases up three flights of stairs! Shew! What a workout! Everything else was perfect! The location, the views and the size of the condo were unforgettable! It was our first trip to Tybee Island, but if for sure won’t be our last! Also, I will definitely rent this condo again! Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us!! Tybee time is my kind of time!
