Beautiful condo perfectly appointed and amazing view!! The condo was in the Northside of the island, close to the lighthouse. It was quiet and offered the perfect launch point for our activities. The three pools on the property were a great bonus. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Tybee island is amazing!!

North Beach at Tybee is our favorite location, & this condo was perfect for our stay! We had 3 adults & 1 7 year old. We had plenty of room-ate meals out on the balcony each day. Perfect open view of the beach. My son loved watching the ships going by. Sunrise view. We needed a building with an elevator for my Mother. She was able to easily get to the condo from the car. She was also able to go to the pool area without difficulty (uses a cane). We loved the 2 pools & would go once or twice daily. Having an additional small pool for toddlers, keeps the bigger pools less crowded. The beach was perfect for us—not crowded at all. My husband & I could be out in the calm water (saw a dolphin our first day) & we could easily watch our son digging & playing on the beach. It was like having our own private spot! We don’t get to Tybee very often, as we try to visit new beach spots each summer, but Tybee has had my heart for 30 years. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Fabulous location on North Beach.. walking distance to Lighthouse. Extremely clean condo, well decorated, owner very responsive. Walk just a few steps to the beach, plus the convenience of an elevator to easily reach the breathtaking 3rd floor views.

We loved the condo with its beautiful view of the beach, the ocean, and huge ships heading into and out of the river. We also enjoyed the pool and being able to walk to the lighthouse and North Beach Bar and Grill - and, anything else we needed was a short drive away. We had a small problem with the TV and Bill walked us through it until it was fixed. In fact, any time we contacted him, he replied immediately. My husband thought the bed was too soft, but, overall, the condo met all of our needs.

We stayed last year (2022) at the same location but a different unit through a rental agency. The place was not pleasant. We found this unit on the same property and it terrific! Clean, well maintained, properly equipped. I love the fact they labeled all the kitchen cabinets where things were. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, had lovely linens and towels. The view of the ocean and ships was so enjoyable. We plan to stay again!

This beautiful property was just what I expected from the description. The view was amazing and loved drinking my coffee on the balcony. It was very quiet around the area and that’s what I was looking for as well. I didn’t get to try out the pool it was raining. But the condo was very clean and had everything you needed. I would most def stay at this property again and recommend it to my friends and family. If your thinking about this property do it! It’s well worth it.

Great location with fabulous view. Very clean! However, the gate opener didn't work. The garbage disposal didn't work. There were no sponges for the kitchen. Would have been nice to have a few coffee filters. Also, most VRBO owners do provide some small body wash/soap/shampoo bottles. The weather was terrible and cold so we couldn't enjoy the property as we had hoped. With a few improvements - this is a terrific place. I'm sure the owner would have fixed the disposal and gate opener had we let him know, but it wasn't important enough to bother him on a holiday weekend.

We had a great time at this unit. Traveling with two young kids this place was perfect for the 4 of us. It was very clean and had great pool access. The beach was just a short walk down the boardwalk and even was within walking distance to a kids marine science center.

We had an amazing time during our stay everything was as stated if not better we would definitely recommend staying here if you want a little rest and relaxation with great places to eat and awesome places to site see will definitely be returning.

Property was very well located. Property was clean and comfortable. No elevator as advertised (we chose here due to having my 78 year old mother in law with us who was bound to room because she cant climb stairs) water was horrible could not take shower due to smelling like rotten eggs when you got out or washing dishes had to open doors to get smell out

Beautiful view of the beach from the condo. The condo has a nice layout. Very comfortable for a family with 2 kids or even 2 couples. Beds were super comfortable. You have all the starter supplies needed to start a wonderful vacation. Bill was a great host, always in contact. Would recommend this condo. And would stay here again. Thank you Bill!

Tybee is a nice Island community and this condo provided a perfect home base for us. The property is just as described. The condo was very clean and the outside areas are well kept. The pool area is very pleasant. The beach is beautiful. We did enjoy watching the ships go by. It was an easy drive to Savannah for day trips. There are good restaurants and a nice grocery store on the island. You can walk to several restaurants from the condo. We also enjoyed visiting Fort Pulaski, which is an easy drive from the condo.

Bill was great in renting the condo. Very PROMP! We were worried about hurricane Ian but Bill kept us informed. Condo was suitable for my family’s needs. Great location (right next to police station 😁) and the view of the lighthouse at night or early morning from the beach was beautiful! Very quiet and no crowds. Would stay here again.

This was a great place and the view is absolutely gorgeous with amazing sunsets! The pools were an enjoyable bonus after a hot day out and about. A couple things needed some tlc. The screen door to the deck was ripped and therefore couldn’t leave the door open due to mosquitos. The kitchen is lacking in the gadget and knife department. Very dull and only a couple. A full roll of toilet paper instead of a partial in the bathrooms would be helpful since very little toilet paper was in the unit. Would recommend a different cleaning agent. It was hard to get used to on the first day. A noticeable chemical smell which was tough for a couple of us. Had a small issue with the AC (operator error) and Bill was very helpful and quick to reply and solve the issue for us within minutes. Overall the location you can’t deny was well worth the stay. The unit was very updated and nicely decorated!!! Very nice that the property had an elevator as well. I would definitely recommend this VRBO!

This is a perfect quaint little place with a great view & easy access to the beach. A good size porch for breakfast or dinner. We ate breakfast on the porch each morning. Updated appliances & nice TVs.

Condo located 3rd floor. Has great view. 3 minutes walking to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs.
Unit does not have beach towels so you want to bring yours. Unit can use little bit more cleaning and maybe little more kitchen cookware.
Overall, it was great stay!
