Situated in Savannah, this attractive house for $321 per night is a great choice for your next break. This three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home is located on historic Jones Street, named America’s Prettiest Street by Southern Living Magazine. Originally two smaller cottages converted into one home, Savannah Selfies can sleep up to 10 Lucky guests, and is perfect for family gatherings or a girls weekend! You’ll enter into a small foyer which is separated from the L shaped living area by a double sided, decorative fireplace. The living area features two separate seating areas, each with pops of color, and original hardwood floors. The spacious kitchen and dining area have both a large dining table and breakfast bar. The kitchen has direct access to the private backyard, where you’ll find a deck with a cozy seating area, a dining table and a grill. Two of the three bedrooms are on the ground floor. The primary bedroom has a King sized bed, TV, writing desk, and en suite bath with double sinks and access to the backyard. The second bedroom is a cozy space with a comfortable Queen bed. The stunning staircase to the second floor adds a modern flare to the home. The upstairs loft has two separate spaces, one with a day bed and trundle, the other with two twin beds and an attached half bath. Savannah Selfies is ideally located in walking distance to shops, restaurants and other area attractions. Simply stroll down beautiful Jones Street to Clary’s Cafe, featured in Midnight In the Garden of Good and Evil, and a favorite of locals and visitors alike. A few blocks away at the corner of Bull Street and Liberty, you’ll find local shops featuring everything from handmade handbags and leather goods at Satchel, to Celtic crosses at Saints & Shamrocks. Good location but the house is very old, needs lot of work. Door locks didn't work, toilet flush was broken, backyard patio & grill outside was not clean at all. But when we called the management company they fixed door locks & bathroom issues. Didn't like the overall condition of the house. We were not aware we have to do roadside parking. Will not recommend.

The house is very old and needs a lot of up keep done to it that has been neglected. You can see daylight through the floor. The mosquitos were horrible and we all got bit up and could not enjoy the deck out back. We love Savannah but we all came home with bites all over us. We did have very good service while we were there and they were very responsive. We had a clogged drain on the down stairs bath tub and they came out right away to fix it. We also had broken the small TV upstairs and called right away and they were very gracious with us. The house is old and needs repairs done to it. My review is more based on the House and not Lucky Savannah Management.

Needs some TLC on the exterior but the nice had all the charm! Beds were SO comfortable. I don’t know if I misread but I was expecting two more twin beds but we made due with the larger beds. The room with the queen must have a visitor because they would turn on the light during the night. Even with all that we would stay again. Nothing that we wanted to do or see was more than 0.5 miles! We did a lot, too.

Overall the property is great, however, we had one trash bag to use for the week and the pillows on the bed were small and very lumpy. I'd recommend bringing your own pillows and loading up on supplies like paper towels, decent toilet paper, etc. once you get to town.

A group of 10 girls stayed at Savannah Selfies for a bachelorette weekend. Overall the house was great - awesome location, adequate space in the gathering areas, fun outdoor setting with a grill, easy check in/check out process (loved not having to coordinate picking up a key, etc.). We did however note that the floors were certainly not clean upon arrival, and the showers did not seem clean either. Additionally, we were given the wrong check in code which resulted in us being stuck outside for a while with luggage and our WiFi didn't work and wasn't fully resolved. Not the end of the world but just an honest review.

This is the 4 time we have stayed with Lucky Savannah, this property is the least favorite, this nice photo to the side with outside seating area was not an option for use, seated area was strung out across yard with cushions all molded, You should really remove this photo, multiple things, poor draining tub on lower level, top bathroom was scalding or freezing, broke draws, no cooking pots or even cookie sheet to reheat stuff, no ice maker.... Leaves inside the house, had to call for towels. I have picture if you need them.Differently will not stay in this house again, good location but ****** amenities.

The house itself was great, but checking in was confusing. The house is not numbered correctly for parking. It’s a different number than the street address. When I called the management company was not super helpful, and the first guy I talked to was not pleasant at all. We had an issue with the refrigerator and the lady I spoke with was nice. I’m not sure that the problem was addressed, but she was very nice.

Great location within walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants, a butcher shop, and even a Kroger. Perfect to stay out of the business of River Street. The only thing I would mention that could be improved on is cleanliness. I was expected the property to be cleaner upon arrival, like mopped floors and dusted. But it did not impact our trip! Five of us girls rented Savannah Selfies for my bachelorette weekend and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The rental was in a perfect location on what we later found out is known as "the most beautiful street in America". We parked our car in the spot out back and never moved it the entire time we stayed, either walking or taking Ubers to all of the popular spots. The home was clean, comfortable and decorated like a perfect bachelorette pad. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed the beautiful backyard. The entire rental process was a breeze and checking in and out was made super simple by Lucky Savannah. I highly recommend downloading the app they send, it helped keep everything organized with the address, door codes, FAQs, ect. Can't thank your company enough!!!

Seven ladies stayed one night in the rental Savannah Selfies. The rental was nice, but there was an issue with the downstairs heat. The next morning they sent someone out to try to fix the heat. This was not successful, but the company jumped into action and upgraded our stay at another local property. The staff were professional and very helpful. I would rent from this company again. Both properties were in great locations and were clean and well-maintained.

I had trouble with the front door lock upon arrival and someone answered the phone at 11pm to help!!! Walking distance to several parks and photo op areas. We had the best time at the Savannah Selfies house for a bachelorette weekend! There were 12 girls and we had plenty of room and enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready each night. The interior was so cute. All the decor was perfect, very instagram worthy! It's in the perfect location, quiet street but quick uber to all the action. The parking instructions on the app weren't very clear so we ended up parking on the street out front and unfortunately one of us got a ticket.

Bachelorette weekend for 8 ladies. Small problem getting in with the door code but was quickly fixed with a phone call. AC problem first night during a hot July weekend but again, a quick call and they brought a portable a AC unit for the night and sent someone the next day who fixed the problem. Slightly annoyed that the kitchen did not have any potholders or a pasta strainer. These should be staple items. Kitchen is minimally supplied. They also need to supply more than one garbage bag for 8 people staying 4 nights! The parking was convenient but the grass was very high! Got caught in the car door when we closed it. It definitely needs some cosmetic repairs and some upgrades but suited our needs. The biggest thing to note is that other reviews say it's within walking distance of everything. It's important to note that it is about a mile one way to the main attractions on River St. And about another mile the other way to the iconic squares and shopping. Just be prepared to walk a minimum of 5 miles per day to do what you need to do. We ended up using Uber at the end of the 2nd day and most of day 3 and 4. It's really not centrally located. It's more like an outer corner of a square the best thing I can say is that they were attentive when we needed assistance.

While we definitely enjoyed our time in Savannah, this property was not a highlight, and I didn't feel it was worth the price paid. For additional context about myself as a reviewer, my family and I have stayed at seven other properties booked through Vrbo and others over the past few years and we have enjoyed every one of them with no complaints, so we don't consider ourselves particularly high maintenance.
First, I'll start with the good:
- The space of the home was great for a large family. We had plenty of room to eat & spend time together
- Functionally, the home met all of our needs
Alas, the not so good:
- Property was well staged in photos, but did not match the current decor, featuring many fewer "pops" of color than promised in the description
- The exterior facade is showing green mold and needs powerwashed, which may be problematic since much of the exterior trim is showing signs of rot and may not survive a powerwashing. This was made even more apparent by the level of care shown to the exteriors of the other properties on the block; this home probably falls into the "eyesore" category
- Roof looks overdue for replacement, and there are signs of leakage in the upstairs ceiling which have been covered
- A nailhead protruded slightly from the floor next to fireplace, which we stepped on repeatedly. It would have been less of an issue as it's in the main walkway from the bedrooms to the living room / kitchen.
- Laundry closet door needs re-adjusted and won't close completely, and came off the tracks
- Dryer handle was broken off and needed to be finagled open to use it
- Back deck seating area had no pillows as shown in the photos, not a big deal since the space hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival and wasn't inviting
- It's the south, so bugs are expected. However, finding a dead Palmetto bug in the master bed pillows was not a highlight; the live one running around the kitchen even less so. There were some other bugs flying around in the kitchen area, and more appeared in the bathrooms after showers were used
- The main floor bedrooms were warm at night, bordering on uncomfortable (the ceiling fans made them tolerable). From what I recall, the thermostat read 77 in the house, and no amount of adjustment was able to cool the house further. Fortunately, the upstairs bedroom window A/C units kept those rooms comfortable at night.
Overall, while there were some nice things about this house, I do not recommend it for the price.

I took my Girl Scout troop of 5 teenage girls + 4 moms for a 4 day stay in Savannah. This house was the perfect size to sleep all of us, plenty of space, and the location is walking distance to everything in the historic district. The kitchen could be a bit more well stocked and there are a few maintenance issues to fix - but the house was immaculately clean and we had a wonderful time. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
