Great property and great communication with Felix all the time. Fast and clear communication is always helpful when trav

The property is on a great location close to the river, parks and shops. All at a walking distance. It’s located on a historical area which means good antique places to visit. The communication with Felix was always fast and objective with clear directions on how to access the property and how to find the keys. I strongly recommend this property.

Fantastic

The key safe system is difficult and not in the best place to get to, but we did make Felix aware of this

As good as it gets …

Old town location .

Several deficiencies when we checked in , ( eg no tv remote , no toaster ) but the owner Felix rectified these very promptly …

Perfect stay for families, very stylish and comfortable

The apartment turned out to be even better than we expected. Two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a functional kitchen, and a lounge area. Excellent location, right in the center of the old town, with bars, shops, and restaurants nearby.

It could have been a bit cleaner; there was visible mold in the bedroom, and it was noisy because of the neighbors.

If you want to experience old town Bilbao, this is the place. Apartment has plenty of beds and two bathrooms. It’s very comfortable.

The back bedroom wall has a huge amount of mold/mildew around the window. It’s concerning. The apartment has no soap or shampoos, only one trash bag provided and only a few towels, not enough for a large family. Just be prepared and bring your own.
