Nos tocó una habitación con ventana al patio interior, muy tranquila, está lejos del centro pero con en funicular a dos pasos, bajas y subes sin problema (con la tarjeta de transporte, sino te dejas un dineral). Además tiene un mirador justo al lado para ver todo Bilbao.
Echamos en falta el mando de la tele que lo habían desaparecido pero por lo demás, todo perfecto.

I chose this place mainly because I was traveling by car and wanted somewhere with easy parking and convenient access in and out of Bilbao. For that purpose, it worked quite well. There are several areas nearby where you can park for free, and I didn’t have much trouble finding a space either in the evening or in the morning.
The property is outside the city and consists of a house divided into several small studio-style rooms with basic kitchen facilities. The room itself was clean and had everything needed for a short stay. The two little chocolates left in the room were also a nice touch.
Getting into Bilbao is surprisingly convenient. The funicular takes you directly down toward the city center, and from there you can walk to Casco Viejo quite easily and to the Guggenheim Museum in around 15–20 minutes. The return trip on the funicular costs around €6. There is also a beautiful viewpoint nearby overlooking Bilbao.
The main downside is the location if you need anything nearby. There are no shops within easy reach, and the cafés around the area were closed when I was there, so it’s better to buy anything you might need before arriving.
I also would have appreciated some basic feminine hygiene products in the room.

Anche se fuori città la posizione vicino alla funicolare la rendeva molto comoda.
Il personale non parla inglese o francese. La pulizia è pessima. Il pavimento appiccicoso, il tavolino interno pieno di polvere, il porta asciugamani di stoffa con una macchia gialla enorme, il terrazzo molto sporco e il cortile in stato di abbandono. Il rubinetto del lavandino staccato e la doccia senza un minimo di protezione.
