La ubicación esta bien
El olor al entrar muy mal no más entrar al portal y te paras en los orines ay bares frente al apartamento y es meadero delos consumidores el olor era muy fuerte creo deberían mejorar en esa parte el aseo estuve a punto de caerme de lo mojada x los miados de la puerta de la entrada por lo demás bien

die unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und hat an und für sich eine tolle lage von der aus man alles fußläufig erreicht. in der altstadt direkt um das appartment befinden sich viele tolle kleine läden & bars :)
über die aktuelle baustelle am gebäude wurden wir gleich bei der buchung informiert & bis auf ein paar geräusche am vormittag und das gerüst vor dem balkon hat man sie nicht bemerkt (& es hat auch nicht gestört). check-in war ebenfalls ganz unkompliziert
die fotos wirken wesentlich besser als in echt - ganz so gemütlich wie erwartet war das appartement nicht. die lage ist zwar sehr zentral, jedoch ist die wohnung durch insgesamt 3 verschlossene türen gesichert, was wohl auf die ‚sicherheit’ in der gegend hindeutet. an der haustür zur straße hing ein schild, dass man nicht an die tür urinieren soll und innen im gang war während unseres gesamten aufenthalts eine urinlache. der betreiber kann natürlich nichts dafür, am abend hätte ich die wohnung jedoch alleine nicht mehr verlassen, da ich mich nicht sicher gefühlt habe.
insgesamt empfand ich die wohnung als sehr dunkel mit kaum tageslicht. der wischlappen war bei unserer ankunft voll mit bröseln, ansonsten war das appartment sauber :)
das preis-leistungs-verhältnis passt für mein empfinden jedoch nicht ganz.

La ubicación en el casco antiguo de Bilbao.
Baño sin puerta real, mal sofá cama para 3ª cama, malísima iluminación, mobiliario raro y demasiado barato, humedad continua, obras del edificio que atraían maleantes de juerga borrachos que ensuciaban la fachada el portal, escaleras del edificio y pasillos mal iluminados.
