Perfect location and comfort

Amazing location, next to tram, buses, metro and the bus station where all buses start to the other nice towns, like San Sebastian and Vitoria. The apartment is very comfortable, great size, well equipped. Great wifi, great bed and bedding. Communication with the apartment was easy and fast.

All information shared through the booking.com site at the beginning is a bit complicated, as well all the things about the apartment, like getting in online are in a long email that you need to “learn by heart” or have available all the time. Once you enter the apartment it”s easy as ABC. The apartment requires lots of small, minor maintenance that is nothing of high importance but would make the apartment look well cared for.

Very nice apartment and well connected!

Very nice host, very responsive. He helped us with the check in and gave restaurant tips. Everything was very easy and matching expectations. Very close to bus tram and metro station.

Wohnung war schlecht geputzt, schmutzige Matratze auf Sofas, ein Sofa war kaputt,kein Leintuch für dritte Person, doppelt Bett okay, keine Klimaanlage, Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, draussen alles verpilzt, am schlimmsten war Lavabo in Bad, war nicht dicht, Wasser runter gelaufen und war auch alles verpilzt, streng gerochen . Wir haben Aufenthalt abgebrochen. Netterweise hat personal nach dem reklamieren uns Buchung storniert und wir haben das Geld zurückbekommen. Das einzige positive in ganzem.
