Nestled in Sedona, this lovely house for $180 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Summer Discounts! Relaxing Space, attached to the Inn with Kitchen, Your Private Jacuzzi, Free WiFi, New TV, 3 Blks from Uptown! In the heart of Uptown Sedona, 3 blks to shops and restaurants. This is a Private separate unit, attached to the right of the Inn, that has it's own entrance with a bedroom, bath, kitchen with stove, refrigerator with a table for 2 and free Wi-Fi and BBQ grill. The garden is heavenly with 2 intimate private patios with your own private jacuzzi, lounge chairs and breakfast table. It has it's own entrance and is a completely private space of your own with parking right outside the unit. We might not see each other unless I'm in the garden, but I still won't be near your space. The Historic Inn was built in 1949 and Dr. Williamson, the first Doctor in Sedona lived here. It is a Historic Landmark called The Dr. Williamson House. It is three blocks from the famous Uptown area of Sedona with galleries, retail stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet allowing you to relax in the garden. It is also within walking distance to great hiking and the views are wonderful. It is a one bedroom with a bathroom and a separate fully stocked kitchen. It has all new furnishings, with new Queen-size mattress. The unit has a bright, clean, feel. The outside patio area in the garden is the most popular with guests and allows for total relaxation with private jacuzzi, and breakfast patio. The bedroom is complete with TV, music doc, and inspirational books for your use. If you are looking for a place to have fun or retreat, this space is perfect. My partner and I had a fantastic time staying at Sedona Historic Inn. The place was clean, well stocked with what we needed, and easy to get to. It's close to a few trail heads and walking distance to shops. Highly recommend for couples looking for a getaway!

This is a perfect place for two people. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep healthy meals. The private hot tub was a great added bonus. Very cute bedroom and a good shower as well! Easy and close parking was very handy as well.
The closeness to Uptown Sedona is an added bonus as we could walk to and from many shops, when we were not out exploring and hiking on all the amazing Sedona trails.
Debra is a great host for this great place, and responded quickly by text, to any questions we had about the place, or the local area. My final comment is that we would happily come back to this place for future Sedona visits.

The key to this property is truly the location. My first time finally staying Uptown, I did enjoy being within walking distance of the Jordan Rd. trailheads and Uptown's central nucleus. The unit is very cozy, albeit small. The yard and the private patios are winning points. The kitchen has a range and good-sized fridge though the counter space is very limited. As a solo traveler, the space was just fine. It would be fine for a couple though a bit snug. Cons, and why I could not give the unit five stars. The primary reason is that the shower curtain was heavily molded and mildewed and smelled while in the shower. I was very surprised about that because the unit was very clean and replacing a shower curtain seems like a very inexpensive fix so it was befuddling. I had initially been concerned by the lack of photos of the bathroom. When I walked into it to see it finally I was relieved--which is the main point: This is not a terrible bathroom. It gets the job done, but is nothing luxurious, which is FINE. But that curtain's condition really was not OK and I found that surprising given the cleanliness of everything else and the simplicity required of correcting it. Based on that alone, I simply could not give unit the ultimate, top mark. The only other con I experienced is a lack of dressers or shelving for placing clothes/unpacking suitcase. Other than that, this is a perfectly nice unit. Loved the skylights!

We parked the rental and didn't need to move it until we headed back to the airport. Food, coffee, shops, trails, jeep and helo rides, all are within walking distance, even for us casually sedentary sexagenarians. Evenings, walking away from the light and noise, Via Lactea and Polaris guide us home. Quiet darkness reveals the Javelina's shuffling shadow. At night, our bedroom skylight reveals the seasonal celestial display. Mornings, we brew a pot and sip hot coffee seated amidst the Inn's luxurious garden. We sit back, stretch our eyes, and marvel as morning sunlight brushes the red rock.

Romantic spot, kinda small but thats ok, beautiful backyard with a swing.. loved the jacuzzi. Bed frame was a little creaky but no other complaints, so pleasant.

Stayed recently at Debra’s place in Uptown Sedona. Wonderful little place in a great neighborhood and convenient to everything. Beautiful back yard where we spent a great deal of time. The inn itself had everything we needed. The only drawback is that there is a kitchen area and a bedroom area so there really isn’t anywhere to sit and relax. Wouldn’t stop us from renting here again though. Debra was very responsive and attentive, a wonderful host.

Debra has created the perfect little getaway spot, so peaceful yet close to everything! We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktail sitting in the tranquil patio. We were close enough to walk downtown for shopping and dining yet felt tucked away when we came back.Her place is adorable and fun! With many unique touches all over. She has provided everything you will need for your stay. Easy to communicate with and very thoughtful too! We would def stay here again!

We certainly enjoyed lounging on the chaises in the beautiful garden. And we soothed our aching, tourist muscles in the hot tub. The property was beautifully decorated and located close enough to walk to shop/restaurants. Only downside was shortage of storage for clothes/luggage.

Great location, just a few blocks off the Main Street in Sedona. Walking to all of the major restaurants and a short drive from amazing hiking. The place was clean and Debra was very easy to work with!

This was our first experience using Vrbo or any other vacation property. Debra was very thoughtful and clear with her checkin and checkout instructions. She included listings of things to do/places to eat, which were very helpful. The fridge was stocked with some basic condiments, and she had coffee and tea bags on hand.
The property itself was just the right size for 2 adults. The unit was clean. We loved laying on the bed and watching the clouds through the skylight.
The neighborhood was quiet, and we walked to alot of our restaurants and attractions. It's a dark neighborhood (no streetlights), but it felt very safe to walk, even at night.
The location was *chef's kiss*. We were able to walk to almost all of the things we were interested in. The ones that we didn't walk to were simply too far away to do so.
We really enjoyed our stay, and if we ever get a chance to come back to Sedona, we would love to stay here again.

This property is a short walk from the Uptown part of Sedona. It has a beautiful garden and it very well appointed. The kitchen has nice dinnerware that is color coded with the rest of the place, lots of appliances and nice touches like a selection coffee and condiments in case you want to cook. There is lots of original artwork and even a new toothbrush, dental floss and toothpaste in case you forgot yours.

This was the perfect launching spot for exploring Sedona. Convenient to many things and had everything I needed. The yard and patio were beautiful and private and I was able to both relax and work remote. Debra was great at communicating and the place was clean and quiet.

The property is located close to shops and restaurants, within walking distance of many places. We were close to many hiking locations, often taking less than 20 minutes to get where we wanted to hike. It was nice after hiking to be able to walk from the property to eat at the many restaurants. There is a grill, a hot tub and a nice yard we did not take much advantage of during our stay. Debra, the owner of the property was responsive and attentive.

Very nice stay. Appreciated the full kitchen and was able to cook to accommodate dietary needs. Excellent access to uptown Sedona on foot. You can also walk to Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village. Lots of info in unit on how to take advantage of the hiking in the area. The views, geology and hiking were FANTASTIC. Enjoyed the hot tub after long hikes and outdoor seating.
