Located in Balboa Peninsula, this attractive house for $800 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Located on the most desirable bay front street on Balboa Island and completely renovated in 2017 and refreshed every year, offers sweeping views of Newport Harbor, sunsets and the iconic Pavilion. Enjoy the ever changing boating scene from the front row vantage point! The home consists of two exquisitely designed rental units, rented separately , each with A/C, a gas barbecue, washer/dryer, 1 car garage and just minutes to the Island Ferry and Peninsula Fun Zone. The Upper Unit of the up and down duplex has a panoramic view deck overlooking the harbor, ideal for outdoor dining. The living room has two charming day beds with storage which can be used by younger guests for sleeping, as well as a gas fireplace. The adjacent open kitchen features a 6 burner stainless gas range with dual ovens, honed Black Absolute granite counters and a spacious single basin sink. The master bedroom with king bed has an en suite bath with lovely white marble counters with dual vanities. There is a second bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath which also serves as a guest bathroom for visitors, as well as a third bedroom with king bed and en suite bath. Very chic, light and bright decor with ceiling fans throughout.

The bay front home is beautiful! We absolutely loved sitting on our deck and watching the boats, water and people. The beds are very comfortable. The interior of the house is decorated beautifully. We had everything we needed for our stay It was fun walking around Balboa Island. Lots of cute shop’s and restaurants Julie was wonderful to work with. We will definitely go back!!

Everything was in perfect order when we arrived. We loved the location, beautiful views with boats and people cruising by during the day, plus lovely sunsets and then wonderfully quiet at night. This unit is beautifully updated and maintained. Plenty of everything. ( towels, dishes etc) We kayaked on Lido. Rode bikes around the Back Bay bike trail. House manager Julie was responsive and so friendly. We love this place.

My family of 5 plus 3 nieces stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from UC Irvine. This property made this important milestone in my daughter’s life so special by having a spectacular house with awesome views of balboa bay whether inside or outside. We gathered as an extended family, this property suited us very well. The home is well equipped with everything you might require on a holiday! The location is convenient and views are spectacular. Julie the manager, was lovely to deal with. She took the time to run us through the property on check-in. I highly recommend it.

Beautifully decorated. All the bedrooms with comfortable king beds & their own bathrooms. The water view from the deck was spectacular. The seating on the deck allows for plenty of comfortable places to sit & enjoy the So. Cal lifestyle. Can’t wait to go back. Loved all of it!!

This is our second time staying here and it's just amazing. Perfect for 3 adult couples (3 King Beds, with their own bathrooms). Perfect location right on the water, 5 minute walk to the ferry, 10 minute walk to the main downtown area. We just picked up food from a local restaurant and ate it out on our large patio or in the dining room each evening. Can't beat the views! Well appointed with comfortable furniture, cozy fireplace, kitchen came well equipped, and off street parking. We will be back!!!

Beautiful property inside and out in a wonderful location! Would have appreciated our stay a little more if: 1) The home was ready for us to occupy at the 4 PM check in time 2) The tenants on the first floor were not noisy at all hours of the day & night 3) The home was equipped with a few things that we have come to expect from other "high-end" VRBO rentals such as kleenex/tissues, 2 ply toilet paper, travel size shampoo & conditioner in the showers, AND A FUNCTIONAL ICE MAKER IN THE BUILT IN REFRIGERATOR.

Staying at this property is the best of the best on Balboa Island. The accommodations are comfortable and perfect for watching the boats go bye. You can walk around the island, eat at local restaurants or have a meal in the easy to use kitchen. Both the furniture and beds are more than comfortable. We will be back!!

This was our third year staying at this beautiful property. We booked our 4th stay before we left. The location is perfect. It is clean and well maintained. The interiors are bright and super comfortable. Feels like home away from home. Love it!

Could not have asked for a more beautiful accommodations or location. Decor was outstanding. The layout was thoughtfully configured with ample storage. Julie was very helpful in giving us an orientation to the property. Also recommended an excellent caterer ((Saltwater Caterering) for a celebratory dinner. We all want to return!
