Steps away from world class beaches, the Fun Zone, Balboa Pier, Beach Park, restaurants, shops, arcades, ferries, boat rentals and bicycle shops. Everything you need is one block away, no driving necessary. Hop on the Balboa Ferry--2 minute walk--to Balboa Island to buy a balboa ice cream bar. Gourmet kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel Thermador Professional appliances. Enjoy two outdoor balconies, BBQ, Ultra-clean, air conditioning and heating unit with dedicated laundry room and parking for two vehicles in the garage parked tandem. A Pack 'n Play and Highchair Booster Seat available for use upon request. This property has a view of the bay, it is not bayfront. The VRBO map location on the bay is incorrect. A beautiful place to stay for our grandson's college graduation at Cal State Long Beach. It’s not beachfront (Newport Beach), but very close and has great harbor views from two of the bedrooms. Quiet end of East Balboa Dr, but just a couple blocks from restaurants and shops. It does sit above the narrow tandem garage, so lots of stairs to climb to the main level and a second flight up to the bedrooms, if that’s an issue. Communication with owners/managers was prompt and pleasant when we messaged them, but after booking months ahead, there wasn’t any other communication until the week or so before, which made us (me) a bit unsure we were still booked until I checked two weeks before, but we loved our stay.

The house was so amazing and beautiful. The location and house met all expectations and exceeded. The view was so amazing. The owner was responsive and so helpful. Will definitely look to book with again.

This home is fantastic!! So clean, modern decor and appliances and great location. Beds were very comfortable too!!Perfect for family with adult children or 3-4 couples.Host responded within minutes when we asked a few questions.No complaints and we will be back!!

Beautiful and clean, perfect location! Walk across the street and you’re at the beach. Very nice and felt so safe. Kitchen has everything we needed as well. Will stay there again!
