Nestled in Mallory Park, this lovely condo for $169 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Ocean Walk P-13 a ground level, pet friendly condo with one bedroom and 1 full bathroom. Large living room with large flat screened TV. King size bedroom, full bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a patio off of the living room. Come stay with us and fall in love with St. Simons and Ocean Walk. 0.9 Miles to the Village, Beach and Pier. Ocean Walk is a picturesque condominium community within walking and biking distance of the Village Pier, shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. The very large campus offers a park like setting with century old oaks shading the various buildings. Palm trees and colorful foliage landscape the two large swimming pools, one of which is heated each year from September through April. Other community amenities include a size-able duck pond with fountain, a fitness center, tennis court and a children's' playground. Ocean Walk P-13 will be you and your pup's favorite! CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (2 persons). • Dogs are allowed in this unit with a non-refundable pet fee. Limit 2. • Parking is available for 2 vehicles. • 1 mile to Massengale Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Coast Guard Station Access,1/2 mile to Pier & Village Minimum age to rent is 25 - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families. What to Expect in your Unit: • There is 1 TV located in this property. • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. The condo was clean and neat. The furnishing were adequate. More towels were would have been nice to have bikes and beach chairs and beach towels available. Smoke alarm was blaring when we first entered the unit. We had to pull it off of the wall in order for it to stop.

Located roughly 1.5 miles from the beach, it was the perfect getaway. Great access to all the local eats and shopping! The condo is perfect for a two people. Only note, if you need to do laundry, you’ll have to pay to use laundry machines in a nearby building.

This was a beautiful place. The property was very pretty and family oriented.
My son enjoyed the pools and riding his bike throughout the complex. It was nice to see so many families with children that he could also play with. It was a bit further than I expected from the beach, but so convenient to everything. Definitely recommend!!

St Simons Respite
Ocean Walk is a great complex. Quiet, to be so busy, and very well maintained. OW P 13 is comfortable, the kitchen is adequately stocked for those who want to cook in. The Pier Village is within walking distance as are plenty of restaurants to chose from and a great dog park.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and well equipped. Air conditioning worked effectively although the unit is outside the bedroom window and noisy at night. We did have a problem with noise from the apartment above, loud footsteps and on Sunday afternoon it sounded like they were sanding the floor!

My husband fell and broke his hip on our second day and we were not sure if we were going to have to extend our stay. The office staff jumped into action and immediately found us another rental if we needed it. There are not enough good things to say about Real Escapes.

I have stayed at many VRBO locations and this condo was one of the top 3! Extremely clean, well kept places we have ever stayed at. Location is perfect to walk downtown and near several restaurants. Beautiful parks in the area as well. The condo community had two nice pools as well. Would highly recommend and plan on staying here again in the near future

It's a short drive to the beach or village, and I really loved having access to a pool (or rather two pools). Also, the bed is really comfortable! My only tip would be to bring extra bath towels if you like to have a few during a week's stay and don't want to do laundry. Finally, the check-in and check-out processes were very easy. I highly recommend this property.

We wanted a quiet escape for a bit. The location is good for walking. Biking or a golf cart would be much better. We ended up driving our truck everywhere. Parking can be a challenge later in the evening but tolerable. The walls are thin and the upstairs neighbor is a heavy walker. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes pans and such.
