About this condo rental
Located in Mallory Park, this charming condo for $145 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our perfect beach getaway on the ground floor is completely renovated from top to bottom with everything brand new, including floors, bathroom and kitchen and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for your “home away from home” vacation, such as microwave, coffee maker, toaster, smooth top range, and even spices! The living room includes a 42” flat screen TV with DVD, CD player, leather queen sleeper sofa, recliner and comfy rattan chair with ottoman. Bathroom is brand new and includes quality towels and linens. The spacious bedroom includes a 32” flat screen TV, king size pillow top bed with luxury linens. Enjoy your private patio with table and chairs for alfresco dining. WIFI is included within the unit, Netflix, Roku and Peacock Premium. The unit is well located in the complex, as it’s close to the laundry room and heated pool. The unit does not include a washer and dryer, but the laundry center is just steps away. Beach chairs and towels are provided for our guests. Pet fee is $50 for one dog and $75 for two dogs. 50 lb. weight limit. PLEASE ADVISE OF WEIGHT AND BREED WHEN MAKING A BOOKING REQUEST, AS THERE ARE RESTRICTED BREEDS. We spent two nights at Ms. Adelaide's property and had a fantastic time! We loved seeing the "afro ducks" outside of our patio each morning and enjoyed the convenient parking. Also the inclusion of the beach chairs was much appreciated! Clean and well furnished!

The condo was recently updated with attention to detail. We brought our 2 puppies (8 mo old) and it seemed several other condos had dogs too. We met several of the long term owners who were extremely friendly!
We were centrally located to town and the Pickleball courts. It was great to have all the amenities included (tennis/pickleball courts, laundry mat, and pool).
Adelaide was quick to respond to our questions. The condo provided internet and everything you’d need in the kitchen (this is the first time we didn’t have to bring our travel keurig). We’d highly recommend staying at this condo.

When I arrived at this property, I was instantly pleased with the location. The community that this condo is in is absolutely adorable, and the condo itself is spacious and filled with almost any amenity you could need. The communication with the owner was great and she made the stay easy. The only issue is that there were a TON of roaches in the condo. They came out of the dishwasher, and we couldn’t even bring ourselves to use the pullout couch because of the roaches found underneath. Roaches also appears under the kitchen sink and on the walls in the bathroom during our stay. It is unfortunate that the roaches ruined our stay because other than that we had a great experience and the place was lovely.

Condo was exactly as described - clean, conveniently-located, and overall a great value! My husband and I (along with our 3-month-old) were able to walk to the downtown area to have breakfast, which was a perfect start to our family vacation. The living was spacious and we even had enough room to place our daughter's Pack N' Play in our room so we could all sleep together! I found the bed to be quite comfortable. I would suggest investing in an overhead ceiling fan in the bedroom to keep cool at night. Overall a great stay.

Perfect fit, perfect location
The property was comfortable and in excellent condition—well-furnished and we’ll-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It’s located in a beautiful complex with great amenities—two nice pools, clubhouse, tennis courts. It had everything I needed and more. The property manager was a dream to work with. In all, a perfect vacation.

Spring break 2022
My husband and I stayed at this location for his Spring break and we had a relaxing time. It is half mile walk to Pier Village and lovely shops. The u it was cozy and perfect for us. The bed was comfortable. We cooked meals most nights and walked to the Pier to see the sunset. East beach is close and a nice unspoiled beach. Adelaide was an excellent host. Communication was good. We do plan to return again.

Fabulous 1 bedroom condo in Ocean Walk
First thing we noticed entering the condo was how clean it was. We’ve stayed at several different condos on St Simon and each could have used a detailed cleaning. I had a couple of questions when we arrived really little questions like what the light switch by the door turned on. The other question I’ve forgotten. I called the property manager and she answered the call(I didn’t have to leave a message.). Turns out the light it worked was unplugged.
The condo had everything we needed. It was walkable to the Village. This would be my first choice for lodging on my next trip.
