Nestled in Mallory Park, this attractive condo for $140 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This remodeled one bedroom condo is located on the 2nd floor (top floor), with its private covered balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped heated pool. The pictures accurately display the tasteful beach decor in this bright, spacious unit. Enjoy the peaceful poolside view lounging on the balcony with your coffee or glass of wine. This Oceanwalk unit has been renovated to include all the features you're looking for: - Enlarged vanity area with Double Sink granite vanity - New bathroom cabinet, newly painted walls and beadboard ceiling - Tile floor in vanity and bathroom with new toilet - 2 TVs: 42" LCD in Living Room, 26" LCD in Bedroom - Ceiling fans in Living Room and Bedroom - New light fixtures throughout, with crown molding in every room - Dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, generous supply of dishes and kitchen utensils - Fluffy towels and nice bed linens The unit is tastefully decorated, providing a place to relax and enjoy when you are not at the beach or the pool. As you enter, you will be greeted by a sunny, open floor plan with the living room opening to the dining area, kitchen, and breakfast bar. The living room is equipped with a 42 inch LCD TV, with HD cable provided. The unit comfortably accomodates 2, with a king bed in the large bedroom and a queen-size sleep sofa in the living room. The bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet. For ease of access, the bathroom opens into the hallway, instead of the bedroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, complete stock of dishes and utensils suitable for cooking all types of meals. Enjoy a meal or quick snack at the bar stools while taking in the beautiful view through the living room sliding glass doors of the palm trees around the pool. Included in our furnishings are beach chairs and beach towels for our guests' use. Secure WiFi is available throughout the unit. Within the complex there are 2 pools (front pool is heated in winter), tennis/pickleball courts, lawn swings, a children's playground, gas grills and chairs around the lake for watching and feeding the ducks. The clubhouse includes a business center with wireless internet and fax availability, a well-equipped fitness room with weights, treadmill and other exercise equipment, coin-operated washers and dryers for guests' use, and a wrap-around porch with rocking chairs positioned to enjoy the view of the ducks and fountain in the lake. Another separate laundry facility exists at the back of Ocean Walk with coin-operated washers and dryers for guests' use. St Simons Island is one of the most charming and friendly vacation destinations on the Georgia coast. The Ocean Walk condos are centrally located on the island, just 1/2 mile from the Village/Pier area and less than a mile from the beach. Ocean Walk is 1/2 mile from the St Simons Village, where there are lots of shops, great restaurants, and fishing at the Pier. The island is home to three golf courses and numerous shady bike paths. A shady sidewalk/bike path connects the property to the Village and to other parts of the island. Bring your own bike or take advantage of renting at one of several nearby bike rental shops. Condo is exactly as pictured. The bed is very comfortable, and the condo has plenty of linens and pots and plans. It is convenient to the shops and restaurants in the Village, and it is a short drive to the beach. It is very quiet and overlooks the swimming pool. It also has Xfinity cable TV which is great if you enjoy sports viewing.

I was there on my own for a conference. The main commercial area is within easy walking distance, there are nearby parks, restaurants and even a pier.
Just be forewarned, the unit is directly above a pool. If you are a late sleeper, for ready for some noise. It was not loud or anything, but I knew there was people outside.

The condo was perfect! Great location to everything you need (food and shopping), the beach was only about 1 mile away and was a great little walk for exercise. The view of the pool from the condo was also amazing and parking was very easy. Loved it!

Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed. Great view of beautiful pool and close proximity to everything either by walking, biking or by car. Laundry is a close walk over in the activity house. Great communication with owner. Beach was a few minutes by car. Fun to walk through the shops by the pier. Also fun to walk the pier and watch the fishermen. Nice in evening with lights on everything. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

We have stayed in several different condos in this complex, and this one was the best! Super clean and comfortable….those bed pillows are amazing! The owner, Jenni, is fantastic to keep us in the loop about weather. So happy to have found this island treasure! We will be back often~

The apartment was very clean and cute. Something about it made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The complex was quiet. Perfect start and finish to my days, as I loved sitting on the balcony enjoying my coffee and cocktails. Over looking the pool wasn’t the ocean but any water seems to be soothing. I loved St. Simons Island. About a 7 minute bike ride to the beach. Beaches were fabulous. Other than high tide, I walked from one end to the other everyday. The island was very bike friendly I rode miles and miles. The huge live oaks provide enough shade that I could go exploring all day long. Energy well fueled by delicious food. Cute little shops….. just perfect. I was sad, stressed and exhausted when I arrived. The magic of the island has rejuvenated me, restored my peace.

I rarely give 5 stars to any property these days as most places are sub par and aren’t properly cleaned….Jenni’s place is a wonderful exception to my recent experiences. The condo is immaculate, clean, comfortable, nicely appointed, and literally anything you need in the kitchen is there. It’s a great location being on the second floor and overlooking the pool. It’s also just a short drive to shops on the island and within walking distance of the pier. The access instructions worked perfectly. Congrats Jenni on creating such a delightful vacation experience…5 stars all around!!!!

Best condo in St, Simons!
We couldn’t believe how comfortable and clean and convenient! The decor was beautiful and in the kitchen everything was set up so organized! The sun was behind us in the morning, so you could sit on the balcony and have breakfast overlooking the pool. It was on the second floor, so there was no noise from above. The bed was super comfortable. I loved the big walk-in closet where we stored our suitcases. It is close to downtown for the pier (watched someone catch a shark!), and we ate one morning at Palmers and had steak and eggs and their famous pancakes. Such a great time!
