This is a great home for family gatherings as there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of activities to choose from. Beach access. River for kayaking. Fishing and crabbing. Hiking trail nearby. Dog friendly. Very clean. Beautifully furnished and decorated. You can walk right into town.

We had a great getaway with family from Seattle and Portland. The home was perfect for our group. It was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. A great start to the new year!

The 8 of us (3 generations aged 7 - adult) had a wonderful time at this property. Location was great, kitchen was clean and well equipped, set up of house worked perfectly for us, and beds were very comfortable. Hot tub in the rain was great fun for the kids too!
Although the property owner was very easy to communicate with, we did run into a couple of unfortunate and impactful situations. Firstly, the hot water was not on when we arrived so only about 4 of us were able to take a hot shower that first night. Additionally, the smaller downstairs shower was completely clogged, causing nasty water to back up in the drain. Though it was all fixed the next day, we had to wait for the plumber which put a damper on our plans.
All in all, this is a great place to stay with multiple families and dogs, but because it is an older property, you should prepare for some inconveniences. However, the hosts are so great and they will do their absolute best to reduce the impact it has in your trip. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a great time! The house is set up nicely for a large family weekend! Girls loved playing ping pong and hanging out in the hot tub! Nice walk to the beach and conveniently located to downtown Seaside!

The overall experience was wonderful from booking to checking out. The property was very clean and organized.
The host was very pleasant and accommodating. I had a few questions and they were very quick to respond. We loved the hot tub and playing ping pong. The rooms were perfect for our families. The house was so cozy like a cross between a old farm house and beach house.
The beach was only a short walk down the street. Our dogs and kiddos had a blast. We look forward to staying ar Beachy Pine again in the future.

The house was notable for all of the fun extras we could use - fire pit, hot tub, bikes, ping pong etc. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. This house is clean and very well cared for. It’s not that easy to find a great house that has four bedrooms and allows dogs, and this house fit the bill perfectly.

We stayed in Seaside for several days and enjoyed all things around: downtown, Fort Stevens, Cannon Beach. Our kiddos and we had the most wonderful time. Great location and the home was lovely. This was a small family reunion with a variety of ages and interests. During our stay there were beach walks, biking, shooting hoops at the park, fishing in the river, sitting around the fire, walking the promenade, hiking, ice cream and arcade games in town, and visiting the Goonies in Astoria. A great time was had by all.

We stayed for 3 nights with our daughter and her family, including our 2 1/2 year old grandson and our two little dogs. The home was immaculate and very well-appointed. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit and appreciated the fully fenced back yard which allowed us to let our dogs off leash. We also had fun riding the bikes into town and down the road to nearby restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

We had the best time here! The house was great, plenty of room for our group. The hot tub and grill were amazing and the landscaping in front made the house feel very secluded and private. The fire pit was great and we used it almost daily. We got a lot of use out of the bikes and beach chairs too. It was so great that those were included.
The beach really was just a short walk away and it was beautiful. The town is fun with something for everyone.
Other attractions were a very close and lovely drive away...Cannon Beach, Astoria, Hug Point, all very fun to visit. We loved having this beautiful home to come back to whenever we left. It really felt like home very quickly. We would definitely choose this house again!

We had a great time in this amazing house for a spring break getaway. It was nice to be so close to the beach, but outside of the busy Seaside Broadway st. Super dog and kid friendly- we all had a great time and would book this house again and recommend to friends!

Our stay was great! We had three families, so we were creative with the spaces. The master bedroom was nice for space, but the shutter window leading to the kitchen and one of the living spaces, was not ideal for sleeping. Pretty loud, so make sure you bring sound machines for sharing the space with others.
Loved the different options for entertainment (fire pit, hot tub, lounge areas). The kitchen had lots of things we needed, including a roasting pan (but bring a sharp knife, we had difficulties with the knife options). The walk to the promenade wasn’t bad, and the walk to town was pleasant.
The hosts were attentive and communicative. The house was clean and cozy when we arrived. Would stay again!

We have had a family tradition of renting a house at the Oregon Coast since our kids were small. These were always multi-generational. Fast forward to today, and we now have grandkids of our own and were doing our first time back with four generations since the pandemic. The house was so perfect and so charming. The garage is a great space for indoor play when the weather is not the best. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dogs and grandsons, and we loved the hot tub too. It's a very close and direct walk for beach access, but also to the promenade which is a nice way to walk into downtown Seaside for activities. The hosts have really thought of everything in terms of how they stock the house. They are very thorough in all their communications and with check in. We really can't say enough good things about them or their property and definitely plan to return.

This is a great area of Seaside, near conveniences, and most importantly near the ocean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the "Captain's Quarters" are especially great.
We found the check-in a bit cumbersome, with a phone call *required* to get the code to the hot tub (which included a walk-through of the house - why not provide this information? Nobody wants to be required to call in). This felt unnecesssary and a bit annoying. Requiring the guest to start a wash upon check-out also felt like a bit much. The pre-rental waiver felt similarly clunky - why not an electronic contract that can be signed easily (Docusign or similar) instead of a PDF? People are busy!
Anyhow, we really did enjoy the space despite the petty annoyances along the way. For the nightly rental price, we wished for an easier experience of communication. Still, an easy 4 stars and a bit smoother would have been 5.

We booked this cute , eclectic , house for my daughters sweet 16th and surprised her with her closest friends. They had a blast using the bikes to get to the beach and town. Ping pong and Foosball a-plenty. The house has everything you need. The hot tub was clean and perfect temperature. Definitely a great rental for a family gathering. It might be a bit far to the beach for very little ones who's parents won't break down and carry them.

Came here for a girls trip with all of our daughters and this house was perfect! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, with activities for all the kids! Great location only 3 blocks from east beach access, but with the trees around the house it felt like a cabin in the woods. Very sweet home with all the amenities! There was even a high chair and baby gate in the closet! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us! This made for a peaceful girls weekend!

Was looking for a place for the family to get together to celebrate life. Guest of honor, 75 year old grandma.
This home was perfect it had 2 separate living areas one were the infant could watch cartoons and be cozy the other connected with the kitchen to hang while large meals are being prepped or cleaned and play games.
The upstairs is perfect for the preteens to have their own area and play as well. You can hear them from the livingrooms which is perfect to make sure they stay out of trouble.
The firepit in the round was perfect and there plenty of wood so you can hang out as long as you like.
Overall the home was beautiful and clean. Lots of extra blankets to keep warm. Amazing location quick walk to the beach. Would love to visit again.
