The Aspen/Pitkin County Airport will be closed from April 4, 2027, at 11:00 p.m. through November 19, 2027, at 7:00 p.m. for runway reconstruction and terminal modernization.

This luxury suite is a Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rental. You may “BOOK NOW" ONLY if you are booking a Saturday-to-Saturday stay. Otherwise, if you are looking to book less than the full Saturday to Saturday week, please submit an INQUIRY letting me know which dates you wish to book. Depending on the week, I may be able to accommodate a shorter stay at a slightly higher nightly rate. I respond to most inquiries within 2 hours.

The only 4-bedroom suite in the building, this AMAZING unit provides 3,428 sq. ft. of luxury complimented by 4 separate balconies, one with it's own private hot tub. It is available for Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only.
This bi-level suite is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, with the kitchen, main living area, and two bedrooms on the upper level, and the remaining 2 bedrooms plus a theater room and game room on the lower level. This 4-Bedroom Suite has recently been updated with new furnishings, fixtures, and decor. The suite features a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, four fireplaces, 4.5 baths, full size pool table, hardwood floors in the main living area and carpeted floors in the bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with a King bed while the fourth bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. There is also a Queen size sofa sleeper in the upstairs living area.
Services & Amenities: Rental includes transportation to/from Aspen Airport, Local Shuttle Service, Housekeeping & Bike/Ski Valet, as made available by the resort. Resort Fee Paid Upon Booking: Includes use of all resort amenities - common area Pool, Hot Tubs, daily continental breakfast, Fitness Center and WiFi. $40/night for a Studio, $50/night for a 1 Bedroom, $60/night for a 2 Bedroom, $70/night for a 3 Bedroom, $80/night for a 4 Bedroom. Optional Fees: $40/night parking fee, $200 king to 2 twin beds conversion fee. No Rollaway beds are allowed. Crib rentals may be arranged through the concierge.

A ton of space for families across the bedrooms, game/movie room, living/dining area and terraces. Didn't realize there was a private hot tub. Only issue was no daily cleaning due to COVID and people would leave their garbage in the hallways vs. calling housekeeping.

#42 at the Hyatt Grand Aspen is ideal for families. The layout is perfect for those with small kids staying with their parents and grandparents as we had with two kids aged 4 and 1, and their parents downstairs, and 3 adults upstairs.. The two story unit (elevator included) provides privacy and little noise for the adults, since the little ones and their parents can use the two downstairs bedrooms with a pool table and TV area with a big (at least 60 inch) TV and comfy sofas. The main upstairs area also has 2 bedrooms, a den area with a big screen, a nice dining room, and multiple balconies, one of which with a Jacuzzi. Full kitchen too. The Hyatt Grand Aspen is a great property. Very accommodating and great staff. Beautiful pool area, and a fine fitness area. Working with our broker, Tami Brown, was a pleasure because she has a good working relationship with the management there.
