Excellent stay at Heartseed House. Hosts Denise and Nigel were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were exceptionally well presented and clean and the breakfast was great too! A great location and beautiful views. A must stay in Dornoch!

In 30-plus years coming to Scotland, this is probably the BEST b&b we've ever stayed in. Absolutely wonderful in every way. Dee and Nigel are delightful hosts, and they have clearly put their hearts and souls into every aspect of Heartseed.
We cannot say enough. Beautiful cozy rooms, amazing views, fantastic breakfast, well-located for visiting Dornoch and the surrounding area. Hope to visit again some day....

Fabulous b n b . We. Had such a lovely stay at heartseed house. Dee and Nigel are brilliant hosts and think of everything. The house and room/bathroom is immaculate and lots of thoughtful touches in the room including home made shortbread and a great coffee and tea station with fresh milk in the fridge.
The views from the rooms are wonderful. Our dog was well looked after with treats and bowls/towel at the ready. Access to a field straight from the garden for dog walks.
Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and cooked options from local butchers. Our room was cleaned and refreshed after each night.
I can’t recommend this lovely b n b highly enough , and we will definitely be back to stay.
