About this condo rental
Situated in Aspen, this charming condo for $514 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Best view and highest condo in all of core area Aspen. But it is a hike to get there. 70 steps. It’s like a 5th floor NYC walkup. They didn’t make elevators is back in 60’s. If you smoke, overweight or have altitude problems, I would not recommend this condo. 1 master bedroom (king size bed)/1 loft bedroom (2 twins), 2 bath condo. Top floor! Very quiet! No stair master required for the week when you visit! The floor plan covers 3 floors with the master bedroom and both baths on bottom floor. Kitchen/ living room middle floor. And sleeping loft above kitchen, top floor. Master bedroom has a pillow top king sized bed. The loft is furnished with 2 twin-sized beds. Achtung! Achtung! summer months of June, July, August the loft becomes warm. I would suggest the condo is good for only two people during those months. Though, many people do use the upstairs loft and say it’s fine. There are 2 stand alone air-conditioners in the unit during the summer. One air conditioner is in the master bedroom. The other air conditioner is in the living room/loft area. One parking space comes with the unit. The master bedroom, living room, and loft have a view overlooking Aspen and the valley. You can watch snow storms come up the valley. It's magical. The living room has a wood burning fireplace (firewood furnished) , cable tv, high speed internet, couch, chairs and desk. The kitchen is has counter seating and fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the new jacuzzi and heated pool. You can check out whose in the jacuzzi from your porch. I always look for hot guys. In the Summer, enjoy sitting on both porches. Pack lightly or use reusable grocery bags to haul clothes up. Much lighter than suitcases. Spend the day skiing, walking the town, shopping or attending fabulous events aspen has to offer. Full length mirrors line the living room and master bedroom walls— so 80’s. I love it! Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Condominium HOA rules. City of Aspen regulations – only 4 occupants total for this unit. Sorry, again.

We had such a fantastic stay! This was the perfect condo for our family of 4. It’s a great location in the heart of downtown Aspen near the Little Nell. During our stay in Aspen, we had our daughter in ski school at Buttermilk, which was a short 10 minute bus ride. The bus stop is conveniently located about a 5 minute walk from the condo. We enjoyed the easy ski out to the Aspen Mountain gondola, which was up a quick flight of stairs from the condo. We also spent a day skiing at Snowmass, which had a quick direct bus route from the same station by the condo. The buses are free and they have easy ski holders on the side of the bus.
We are most of our meals at the condo. There is a grocery store about a 5-10 minute walk from the condo and the prices are super reasonable.
The condo was just as advertised and I must say was ridiculously clean. Even the floor grout looked like it had never been walked on. The owner was always super responsive. The condo is on the third floor of the building, which only has stairs, but it wasn’t bad at all getting up and down during the stay.

Great stay and great location in Aspen. The condo was truly ski in/out though the trip back is definitely not a green run so you have to be comfortable with sharp narrow decent or side slide. Location was fantastic in terms of access to groceries, restaurants and shops. Pool and hut tub facilities were very nice. The condo is on the third floor which offers fantastic view of Aspen as well as the mountains across town. The third floor is a definitely hike up the stairs, but pace yourself and all is well.

Had a wonderful stay at Carol’s property in Aspen. Very spacious condo in a wonderful location that was walking distance to everything. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Carol was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and very communicative. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip :)

The unit was very clean when we arrived. We got all necessary info before our arrival. Unit was well stocked with extra towels/pillows, paper goods, and even humidifiers!
Getting the parking pass was easy, and even though the lot was small we always found a spot.
The unit is on the third floor, so plan for stairs (wasn’t an issue for us, but we are used to the altitude).

Carol’s property was in a great location, easy walk to downtown (hilly, but a short distance). The condo was clean, cute, and had everything we could need. Carol was quick to respond to our requests and very accommodating. We would stay here again.

From the accuracy of the listing's description/photos to the host's superb communication, this was an absolutely perfect stay. The condo was pristine. The views and location great (easy walks to everything). The bed/linens super comfy. The hot tub & pool were toasty terrific (temps outside in 30s & 40s). And the host is among the best I've ever encountered. Immediate response, helpful, and friendly. Yes, the steps are a real thing. But you get better with each trip, so there's that. :-) And most of us are in Aspen to get outside and exercise, so consider the steps a private gym.

Condo was great, she is not kidding about the stairs though, you get used to it but they are tough! The three flights makes for a gorgeous view though so it was totally worth it. The condo was perfectly situated, the stairs up to the loft are spiral stairs and very narrow so I would be cautious with kids. They were carpeted though so, a slip might not be as bad. I stayed up there one night due to a snoring situation and it was very comfy.

There were a lot of stairs up to the condo, but the views were worth it. The location couldn’t be better with easy walking to the lifts, restaurants, and grocery store. My kids loved the pool and we found some nice biking and walking trails nearby. Also, I loved the high water flow rates from the shower.

We had a great stay- the place is comfortable and had everything we needed for a great several days. The stairs up are no joke but it was fine for us, and you can’t beat the view!

Great spot near everything. Carole was a great host and the entire process was seamless. Highly recommend! The steps weren’t that bad in my opinion.

Location is great, everything was convenient and hastle free. Host was very easy to communicate with. Overall a great place to stay for 4 people. Ski out, sorta ski in.. don’t let the hosts warning about the stair climb up to the apartment dissuade you. If you are in good enough shape to ski the stairs aren’t that bad.

Great condo with an amazing location. Closer to the mountain than the St. Regis & also very close to restaurants and shops in town. Communication from Carol was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

I can't say enough good things about this lovely Condo. It was so well appointed with quality products and supplies. I have never had this level of service in previous rental properties we have stayed. The owner, Carol is very sweet and super helpful...outstanding service all way around. As true to other reviews and Carol's information, the 70 steps are a hike up for exercise but that is clearly the only limitation that may deter someone who is not in health to climb stairs. We have great appreciation for Carol and her accomodations. I would recommend this with 5 out of 5 stars with no hesitations.

The location of this condo is just perfect for a quick stay in Aspen! It was well stocked with necessities and the host was very responsive. There are a significant amount of stairs, but we managed. Great stay overall!

We were lucky enough to meet Carol briefly and she was a delight. Ski out was easy. Ski in took a little figuring out but it was a fun adventure and the kids discovered a spot to slide down the hill (repeatedly) after a long day of skiing.
The stairs were actually a plus for us - Great to get a little extra cardio after eating burgers and french fries on the mountain!
We look forward to staying here again next time we visit Aspen.

Carol was the best to work with and really helped us through booking (that was cancelled once due to Covid), with specific directions to get there, and with warnings about route closings that we experienced with wildfires that closed 70 and Independence Pass. The place is super clean, nice and in the perfect location. The views from the patio were amazing. Loved that you could just walk down into town. We would definitely stay there again!

This property is well maintained and has the comforts of home. Well stocked kitchen. We loved the oversized tub. The outdoor pool was very nice. There are many steps to get to the property like maybe four flights? But hey, you’re in Aspen, you are here to work out, right? I climbed Aspen Mountain one morning and it was very accessible from the property. Lovely place to relax on vacation.

What a great condo! The location is excellent and the view is to die for! It’s updated, clean and comfy. The stairs are no big deal but we are all from CO and in decent shape. Carol gave me everything I needed to get into the condo with no problems. Will stay again!

This condo is close enough to downtown Aspen as to be very convenient, yet somehow we managed to feel away from it all while there. It’s the only property we’ve ever rented with a smooth surface electric cooktop, which made cooking there so easy, and all the Teflon nonstick pans were intact without any scratches, so they were safe. The condo is up a number of stairs so that’s important to consider if one has any heart or lung conditions. But the views are spectacular and the climb well worth it.
