Comfortable apartment

The bed was so comfortable and my daughter says the sofa bed was comfortable too.

That I had not received the confirmation email, with the location of the apartment, key box or code needed to access it.

Very happy and look forward to stay again with Guest Homes.

The property location is good, shops and stores are just a few minutes walk. The apartment is very well done and maintained with all possible facilities one can think of. The keys to apartment are easy to locate and collect as per the instructions. Just to mention here, it was my first experience of collecting keys from a small key locker, so took me a little extra time and the support team were successfully able to guide me to the same over a phone call at around 8PM in the evening. Kudos to Guest Homes. In addition, Guest Homes team is very supportive and response time is very quick. Cheers.

It is not that I did not like, but to mention that the flats facing the street get the party fun over the weekend as the property is in proximity of very nice and happening clubs. Do note, it is not a problem since the bedroom is towards the back of the apartment.

Apartment smelt damp / old toilet smelt like urine upon entering cooker outdated dated heating system which did not feel safe to use missing cooker panel and stains on radiator

ok for me but had my dad with me could just about manage stairs as there were two big flights

Exceptional

Very comfortable. Night club across the road but absolutely no noise in the bedroom. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Only problem was the dark hallway, not easy to see the light switches outside the door to my accomodation.. would definitely stay again.

Location was the best part

Location was excellent, and as expected following the reviews we read.

Disappointed there were no standard TV channels available. We were concerned there were no fire notices, or instructions for a fire exit.

wonderful location, comfy surroundings perfect for a cheeky weekend away in woo town

fab location, super comfy bed and reasonably priced

the shower wasn’t the best but I still got cleaned

A great place to stay with lots of space

Spacious apartment, good sized kitchen with all you need to cook any meal. Lovely comfy bed to enable a great night's sleep. Location perfect as close to a large supermarket so ideal for self catering if that's what you want

Communal areas very scruffy and require cleaning regularly, lighting poor for a dark area and could be improved with light sensors for auto lighting. Pull out sofa bed is tired and needs replacing as you can feel the framework on your posterior if you sit between cushions and not directly on them. Shower unit needs replacing as the water flow to temperature is not very strong. Pressurised water flow straight from the mains water would work better. Heating system dated but efficiently heats living areas, possibly not the most economic though
