Pleasant

Location was right in the center, perfect really. Customer services were really helpful.

The communal hallway smelt, especially smoke and inside the apartment smelt of smoke, there was an ashtray outside the window of the apartment so people had clearly been smoking inside the flat.

We only stayed one night but found it a quiet, clean apartment and would use this as a base again.

Ideal. We didn't have transport and needed Worcester town centre for the train station next morning.

On arrival we found that the toilet had a leak from the rear which must have been leaking for a while. It was underneath the floor covering and reached as far as the bathroom door and under the shower enclosure. It may have gone down into the room below. We reported it to the young lady who was on duty when we left at 9am.

We had a wonderful busy stay made better by location.

The location was excellent we went for the Christmas market and we were right in the middle .

We were disappointed the amount of stairs there were as we are elderly but fairly fit but found it hard with cases .Also we could not connect to internet password kept rejecting.

Perfect location. Ideal for couples. Equipment covered all needs. Clear communication of the owner.

Entrance to the building should be daily vacuumed. Maybe, the box for postal shipment should help to keep the entrance clean.

Exceptional

The location was great and the apartment was fresh and clean

The only thing was the hall way leading to the apartment had an unpleasant smell.

Very good

It was perfect for my stay and had everything I needed for me to sing and attend rehearsals at the Cathedral for the Three Choirs Festival.

The only thing was that someone kept leaving the main front door open and I always locked it for safety.

Thank god for coming 19 as the pubs and clubs were shut. Ended using this place as a place to sleep.

On the second night I couldn't get in the entrance door as the wrong key was supplied, Oven shelf dirty, Bathroom old and tired needs redoing as shower screen doors falling off and basin cracked and flooring lifting, No hot water, No heating, sofa uncomfortable, bed side lamps not working, Exposed wiring on the phone socket, Wifi bad, Only 10 free view channels

We had a nice time enjoyed watching Netflix on the cosy sofa.

It wasn’t cleaned well at all.
