About this cottage rental
Our home is ready and willing to host couples wanting to getaway and have a fully furnished private cottage on Bald head Island. We have a completely stocked kitchen, 2 full baths, screened porch and living area on the lower level; upstairs balcony off the master with views of the Bald Head Creek. The master bedroom has a new Pottery Barn King size bed for our guests. This Island jewel has been completely renovated with Pottery Barn furniture, accessories and linens. We have a 4 seat golf cart for your transportation needs.
Our home is located in The Harbor Village district of BHI. Many amenities are available by a short walk. The Village is the center of recreational activities, such as stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and canoeing. There are several restaurants, Old Baldy our resident lighthouse, The Bald Head Island Chapel, and beach accesses 1,2, and 3.
Our home is constantly monitored by security cameras for the safety of our guests and our property. Views by the cameras are those similar to views from public spaces in the street and otherwise.
As the home owns Membership at The Shoals Club, our guests have the optional amenity to purchase a Temporary Guest Memberships directly with The Club through registering on their Website. The Club then authenticates with us as to whether a booking is in place with our property.

The house was very clean and close to everything. You walked to a cute coffee shop in the morning and then again for dinner two night. The beaches were clean and not crowded at all. It was a very relaxing and great vacation.

Clean, cozy cottage filled with plenty of towels, cookware and all necessary amenities - perfect for two! Location was fabulous...walkable from BHI Ferry, and also marina restaurants. Golf cart was so fun for exploring BHI and driving to The Shoals Club. Such a nice option to purchase a Shoals Club Guest Pass for our stay! Hugh was a very helpful and responsive host. We would definitely stay at his cottage again!
