Nestled in Boulder, this attractive condo for $120 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This newly finished garden level studio is clean, modern and offers all the comforts of home. Sit outside and enjoy the private yard with a contemplative garden and patio area with table and chairs. The covered entry leads down to the front door with a convenient key pad so you don't have to worry about keeping track of keys. Inside the studio you'll have Wifi, a flat screen, an electric fireplace, a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen and natural stone and tile accents throughout. High end finishes include radiant floor heating in the kitchen and bathroom. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, on a cul de sac, you'll be across the street from tennis courts. You can easily hop onto Boulder's famous bike paths that weave through our neighborhood. You'll be walking distance to the grocery store, coffee shops, Pleasant View Fields, the Elks Club and Core Power Yoga. The location is great access to everywhere. You'll be minutes from Pearl Street's shopping and restaurants, minutes to Boulder Reservoir, and direct shot to Lyons, Denver and the Foothills. Whatever season your staying, Boulder is always busy with wonderful events, from the Creek Festivals to Iron Man to the Parade of Lights. While you will have all the privacy you desire, there is some sound that travels between floors. We live in the main part of the house and are available to make your stay as pleasant as possible, so please let us know how we can help!

Walters studio was everything we needed. It had all the bells and whistles. The location was in a great neighborhood that was quiet and close to everything. Walter was very communicative and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to any couple or solo traveler.

We chose this property as our travel to Colorado was nearing an end. From the photos and description, it appeared to be a perfect place to wind down before beginning the trek home. The studio is exactly what is shown in the photos and as described! It is conveniently located, easily accessed, and in a very quiet neighborhood. The amenities are very good! The property has updated appliances, comfortable seating/bed, and the bathroom/shower is very modern/nice! Access to local attractions and businesses was easy, due to the studio's location within the city. We were not disappointed with the Teagarden Studio. It was the perfect place to end our western travels. We appreciate the owners for allowing us to stay at their property. We also enjoyed exchanging pleasantries with Walter!

This was a wonderful place for a short weekend stay. The apartment was comfortable and peaceful. The location was convenient to downtown Boulder. The owners were friendly and helpful. I was in town for a concert and this was the perfect place to relax after a fun filled day of hiking, swimming and music.

We stayed at the Tea Garden for four nights with our two small dogs, and it was a great place! Very clean, compact, and had everything we needed. Our dogs liked the cool tile floor since we were there during a heat wave! There is also a nice area out back to let them potty, and a great neighborhood for walking them. This place has all you need and is in a great location in Boulder! Owners are very nice and communicative.

Nice quiet residential neighborhood. Great host and hostess—Willing to help out or just be available if necessary. An inexpensive Uber or Lyft to downtown Boulder (7$). Very clean, very comfortable.

Walter was wonderful. Very polite and welcoming. There was a small problem. He attended to it promptly and couldn’t have been nicer about it. It was truly an accident not under his control. He offered a free stay another trip if we wanted it. His place was so nice and in a great location, we may take him up on it. Even if has not offered we would stay again.

This is a great little studio for a short stay in Boulder CO. Good location in N Boulder. Close to the bike paths. Quiet place in a quiet neighborhood. Studio has all the amenities you need. Owners were quick to answer any of our questions.

Great time at the Tea Garden studio! Really cozy and clean, really nicely decorated. Hosts even came out to help clean the snow off of my car! Thanks for a nice stay.
