This mountain retreat offers exquisite contemporary mountain decor, fine Colorado woodwork, and beautiful hardwood floors. The Pines Lodge is decorated with an elegant touch and top of the line furnishings throughout, including gas fireplace, granite counter tops, steam shower, wine cooler and personal Jacuzzi. Enjoy the easy access to town and glorious views of Aspen Mountain or an easy walk to chair 1A. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, LCD TV and private bath including a steam shower with beautifully natural stone tile. The Second Bedroom has another King Bed, TV and private full bath. The Third Bedroom has two twin beds and TV. This comfortable unit has a great galley style kitchen with a long bar just off the generous living room and lastly a full dining table with seating for 8. Outside is a wonderful deck facing Ajax Mountain with its own BBQ and Jacuzzi to soak in after a long day of hiking or skiing. This place has it all - ideal location, plenty of space, comfy beds, huge kitchen, fireplace, and a hot tub (very appreciated after a full day on the slopes). I have been to Aspen a few times now and this is by far the best location I've found. I will definitely make this my new go-to apartment when I am back again!

We really liked the apartment and the location was great. Lots of space and 3 bathrooms, kitchen facilities very good. Check in was not ideal as the property still wasn’t fully ready by 4pm and we struggled to contact the host as there had been some medical issue. I have seen this comment before and we agree - the noise from upstairs was pretty bad, sounded like people dragging furniture around and stomping about in ski boots for ages. But the condo is lovely and we did enjoy our stay

Great location, private spa & outdoor seating area, VERY clean condo, OUTSTANDING kitchen furnishings, ground coffee maker, very good living room seating arrangement, roomy dining table for 6, EXCELLENT RESPONSE from both Host Larry AND on-site handyman PAUL. Comfortable beds, very nice bathrooms with upgraded showers. We stayed Wednesday-to-Wednesday and housekeeping came on Friday and Monday!! Condo is accurately represented in listing. Only surprise we had: bedroom with twin beds did not have A/C. All other rooms have A/C units. Condo is on first floor so no inside steps - two steps outside front door. Street parking with permit from host was available in front of unit or nearby. GREAT CONDO RENTAL FOR OUR PARTY OF 6 ADULTS!!

I love Aspen and it was wonderful to bring my family including our young daughters and stay somewhere so convenient with a hot tub! The place was great for us with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a hot tub and a fireplace. The property managers were very communicative and helped get us everything we needed including a pack n' play and extra humidifier.
My only drawback on renting this spot again is that the people upstairs from us were so loud and we heard them stomping around at all hours of night. The outside patio was also pretty dirty and a dog pee-pad was left out there. I feel like that is just a result of housekeeping being overwhelmed from Covid though...

Great location
Great location, I just two blocks to the bus depot so it’s easy to get to Highlands and Snowmass. Kitchen as well equipped, private hot tub right on the patio, three full baths, couldn’t ask for much more.

Fantastic Property in the Best Location
We had an amazing stay! I've visited Aspen many times the past 30 years. This time it felt like a home away from home. The property is just blocks from everything you need...the City Market, Hymen Mall and Ruby Park. The busses to Snowmass, ButterMilk and Highlands is just steps away from the front door. The home was warm and relaxing for my family.. A great advantage was the patio with the jacuzzi! A great way to warm up before hitting the slopes.

Great visit
The perfect place to stay for a few days of skiing. Great access to Aspen Mountain, just a quick stroll into town for coffee, and easy parking. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax after a long day, and the outdoor area is far enough off the sidewalk you have some privacy.

Great Location
This is the third year in a row that we have stayed at this particular property. We love how close it is to the bus stations, restaurants, shopping, lifts, etc... Larry is very responsive and easy to work with. Our flight arrived before the 4:00 check in time, but he allowed us to drop off our luggage at the condo and then we headed to town for lunch. No need for a car when staying at this wonderful 3 bed/3 bath condo. I'm sure we'll go back next year and stay in this comfortable unit.

Nice property and great location.
Clean, well appointed and comfortable condo with great location. It was an easy walk to anything in town and the bus picked up and dropped off pretty much right in front of the unit. We really enjoyed our long weekend there and got a nice dump of snow as a bonus.

7 days in January
I have stayed in this property twice now, and enjoyed both stays. The location is perfect, a few blocks from everything, and across the street from the bus stop. This unit is nice, but is not brand new.
It has a private large deck with hottub, however, note the deck does share a door and window with another unit, though they do not access the area, you have to keep noise to a minimum to respect neighbors
The inside is clean, and exactly as pictured. The beds are comfortable and there are 2 nice steam showers in the en-suite baths.
We had a few minor maintenance issues, but they were dealt with promptly.
I recommend this property as it's a great value for the location

Perfect Location
This was our second time to stay in this condo. The location is perfect for anything you’d want to do. No car needed. We walked to shops, restaurants, bars, base of Aspen Mt. and the bus station, which takes you to Snowmass and other nearby mountains. The condo itself is very homey and comfortable.

Perfect mountain getaway home!
Pines Lodge #415 could not have been more perfect for our family of 6. Modern and updated in every room, and large enough for 6 adults to comfortably stay. Location is perfect for walking back and forth to everything in town. Would definitely stay here again before checking out any other accommodations. Thanks!

Very nice but....
property and location were great. There were two concerning issues about the initial rental. First, owner decided right before final deposit was due that they wanted to come early so could have left us high and dry without a place to stay in Aspen. We worked thru that but on our last day despite check out being at 11 AM, cleaners turned up around 9AM wanting to know when we would be out. We told them within an hour but they came back at least once to be sure we were on tract to leave, before the 11 AM checkout, and they put in a load of wash."Don't let the screen door hit you in the rear on your way out!!!!" Not sure how serious the owner is about renting this unit.

Perfect Location, Excellent Condo
My husband and I stayed at this location over my birthday weekend and we both were impressed. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The 3 bed/3 bath layout was more than we needed, but we were sold due to the location. The furnishings are beautiful and the kitchen and bathrooms are all updated. The bedrooms are a little snug, but you only need them for sleeping, right? The master bathroom is nice, but the bedroom seems smaller than the second bedroom. Because of that, we chose to sleep in the second bedroom and I took over the master bath. You are only 2 blocks from the prestigious St. Regis Hotel where we got massages (don't waste your money~one of the worst massages I've ever had). We were within walking distance to everything we wanted to do; restaurants, shops, bars, etc.... We rented skis from Aspen Sports (recommended by Larry) and they were great. Spencer delivered and picked up our equipment at the condo at no extra charge (we tipped him, of course). We chose to ski at Snowmass rather than Ajax because of the lack of snow (Ajax can be a bit more challenging and we wanted wide runs). Larry was great to work with and he responded quickly to any questions we had. The hot tub was used daily and a nice way to end a day after being on the slopes. However, whoever rented before us had the temp too hot and we couldn't get in until we turned it down and allowed it to cool. Also, we could only open the lid half way because there wasn't enough room between the tub and the wall to fully open it. My husband thought he had it secured after fiddling with it for some time. However, once he sat down to relax in the tub, the lid came crashing down on the side of his head and shoulder. YIKES! After that, we just left it half closed each time. There is no need to have a car if you stay here. We took Uber from the airport, walked the 3-4 blocks to the bus station for Snowmass and walked every else we wanted to go. We will stay here again without a doubt.

Excellent 3 bedroom condo in the best part of town!
We had a wonderful week at Pines Lodge, unit #415. We are a family of 3 with a 7-year old. The unit is on the ground level with a private entrance. We loved being able to come and go without having to go through a common area, it felt very private and more like a home than a hotel. The private covered patio is large with a jacuzzi, grill, dinging table and chairs. We enjoyed several meals and nights playing backgammon on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and in excellent condition, with everything you need to prepare meals at home. The bathrooms were well maintained or appear to have been recently remodeled. The bedrooms were small but more than adequate. Two rooms have windows looking out to the ally, which was a little noisy on trash day. Overall it is a quiet location, with very little street noise. We would definitely rent this unit again. If the upstairs unit 417 is available, I would suggest that instead because it has a big open patio with more natural light. Everything was better than expected.

Private 3 br condo in Aspen
Property management responded quickly to emails, special requests and issues during our stay, was overall very accommodating.
During the stay. On the positive side: the condo is very nice, private access directly from the street with convenient code access, no need for key, found parking every day right in front of the condo, interior was clean, spacious, nicely furnished, plenty of towels. On the negative side: in the kitchen no serving plates or serving utensils besides some metal bowls and plastic cooking utensils, master bedroom is narrow with no side tables or lamps, steam shower does not work properly with steam escaping from the sides and not creating enough steam.
Also, the first time we used the dryer we could not get anything dried, we ran it for close to 12 hours putting 1/4 of the load at a time but ended up having to lay all our wet clothes by the fireplace in the morning and wait for it to dry, we were late on the slopes that day, my daughters slept poorly with the dryer on all night next to their beds and we woke up extra early to take care of the wet clothes. It turned out the vent was clogged and the cleaning woman told us she had reported it before we arrived. Once fixed the dryer worked without issues but we never received a proper apology for this inconvenience.
I would recommend this condo for ease, convenience, beauty, quality but if you are looking forward to a nice steam at the end of the day than this is not the one.

Very nice property
We stayed at the Pines Lodge for our family winter get a way and the accommodations were excellent! Walking distance to local town attractions and located at the base of the mountain for that last run and a very short walk to the lodge. Our 3 bedroom unit was very fresh and clean. All amenities were in great shape and the steam showers were great after a long day of skiing hard. We will stay here again when we revisit Aspen....
