A beach vacation is always nice but the difference from being a few blocks away from the ocean and being ocean front is really like being miles apart. This is an opportunity to be ocean front in South Mission Beach one of the premiere locations any where in the world and our location is away from the large parking lots where the beach gets crowded. Many days at our house you'll feel like you are on a private beach. Treat your family to an OCEAN FRONT vacation and you'll never want to stay anywhere else. Comfortable one bedroom apartment directly on the ocean front, direct ocean views from the living room and kitchen. Located in a quiet area in South Mission Beach but only a five minute walk to the attractions at Belmont Park. Just a block away you'll find a liquor store, a grocery store, a coffee shop, a pizzeria, a bar & grill and take out Mexican food. A maximum of four people are allowed on the property at any one time. Please no events or parties. Great for a small family or a couples getaway. Inside direct ocean view from the living room and kitchen. Fully furnished kitchen. DirectTV and free WIFI access. Simmons Beautyrest Heavenly King Bed with an adjustable base in the bedroom and queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room. All linens provided. New laminate flooring in the living room and bedroom, tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Outside step onto the beach or enjoy the patio with a table, chairs, loungers and umbrellas. BBQ on gas grill while enjoying the ocean views. Onsite outside parking for one medium sized vehicle. (large vehicles like a Suburban will fit but it's tight) We're a five minute drive from Sea World, a 20 minute drive to the world famous San Diego Zoo and about 40 minutes to Lego Land. San Diego is home to many golf courses including Torrey Pines about 30 minutes away.

So cute, great owner, location is amazing - being right on the beach changes everything. We are long time mission beach vacationers and it made all the difference to walk out the door and be in the sand. A couple things to be aware of - the parking situation is tough for this property. Street is narrow, curb is EXTREMELY steep so you need a mid size or smaller vehicle with a lot of ground clearance and a tight turning radius to park on the property. We chose this listing because it sounded like we would be able to park my Charger in the spot and nope, it scraped so we couldn’t get it up in to the driveway and had to get on street parking a couple blocks away. Also, if you are planning to cook all meals on your vacation be aware that there are a few basics that are missing from the kitchen (namely can opener) and the knives are well used. My husband cooks so this was a big thing for him as we had brought food for cooking/preparing at “home” and really struggled. If neither of those things would be issues for the type of car you have and trip you have planned then this is absolutely the perfect place to stay for your right on the beach vacation. Cute, comfortable, clean, great assortment of sand toys/towels/chairs. Also love the patio for lounging and people watching.

Larry's property was beautiful and comfortable. Right on the beach, we couldn't have asked for a better location and a super condo to stay in. Larry was very nice and was there to help if we needed. I highly recommend this unit and we will definitely be back.

Kitchen cabinets are a little outdated. Height of shower head a little low, my husband had to duck when washing his hair. He’s 5’9”. Perfect height for me. No AC, thought this was going to be an issue for my husband but we faced the fans provided towards the bed when sleeping and we were okay. Overall, it was perfect for our 3 night getaway. Awesome view of the beach, ocean and sunset all from the comfort of the sofa. Three short steps across boardwalk and you’re on the beach. We will definitely consider this place again.

Husband and I spent a week here and it was a fabulous experience! The bed was comfortable and the location was unbeatable. We will definitely be back to stay again! Almost wish this was a kept secret rental because it’s definitely an unbeatable price for the experience and convenience of being right on the sand and walking distance to everything.

It was a wonderful stay overall. Nothing beats a front ocean view right on the boardwalk. Close to restaurants if you don't mind walking a bit. Great patio, very enjoyable. Word of warning if you have little ones and/or an extended stay. There is no washer/dryer, so plan accordingly. The kitchen has no counter space and the cabinets/cupboards are outdated and need force to open and close. There is no A/C which was not a problem with the fans available. Parking was difficult as we had a 4Runner. Very small space to the extent that I had to back out just to pack when we left. Minor issues for the price. Being right on the ocean is all that mattered.

Nothing better than waking up and going for a walk on the boardwalk coming back and enjoying your coffee on the patio. Bike rides and afternoon / evening cocktails while watching the sunset. Great place to stay .

Really enjoyed this beachfront unit! Great views, lots of room, great kitchen. Loved the 3 bathrooms. When someone parked in one of our spaces, the management team helped us resolve it quickly. Lovely place for a beachfront week!

I’ve stayed here several times to relax and enjoy being steps from the beach. It’s in a quieter neighborhood, but close to a nice market, restaurants, and all of Mission Beach’s fun activities. Larry is a great host.

Right from the beginning the stay was perfect! The manager was available for any questions or needs, but not intrusive. The weather was chilly, but we enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the sounds of the waves!

Nothing fancy but perfect enough ! Nice getaway for a quiet small family or group right on the beach ; and walking distance to Mission Beach rollercoaster etc, rental bikes and restaurants ! Unfortunately, for us, the weather was overcast and windy, so probably wouldn’t go again in the month of May ?! Cons for us were : not dog friendly and no blender. Overall , great location and nice time !! Thank you

While the condo is fairly small, and the inside amenities are basic, the location right on the beach cannot be beat. Beautiful sunsets, and plenty of scenery. Close to plenty of dining options and outdoor activities. Well done.

Great no frills place to stay. Right on the beach, short walk, bike ride to everything. Big windows with a view of the boardwalk/beach/ocean from the living room and kitchen.
