Large studio, comfortable bed, VERY close to the beach, chairs and umbrella provided were perfect, bbq is charcoal. The location in North beach is perfect for anyone wanting to be a little away from the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance to everything. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops are accessible on foot or you can rent a bike. Communication with owner was perfect. We would definitely rent again.

Nice King Bed, TV, Shower, and very clean. Nice coffee maker, but NO coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, or foil in Kitchen cupboard's, they were bare. No soap in shower. After arriving on a cold rainy day and to discover we had to find a grocery store. Did not start our mini vacation/anniversary smoothly. .

Came for Bama game. Lovely place to stay. Awesome accommodations. Met the owner sweet fun lady she gave wonderful restaurant suggestions. Cottage was totally as viewed. We loved our visit. We will return!!

Perfect location! Steps to the beach and it’s not as crowded at this section of the beach! Walkable distance to several restaurants and shopping! We would definitely stay here again!

This cute place was just right for my wife and I during our 3 day weekend. Very comfortable, super close to the beach (15 sec walk is right), close to the fun and restaurants in Clearwater Beach. Owner and property manager were pleasant and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again given the opportunity to visit Clearwater Beach.

Book it! This property is a hidden gem steps from the beach. Everything you need for a perfect day at the beach is available for use. Additionally, the shady private spots for lounging and enjoying a morning cup of coffee or grilling some burgers just can't be beat. The owner of this property is sweet and has done a great job with the decor and comfort. Many delicious restaurants are a short walk away. Just an all around wonderful spot to relax and unwind!

This place was wonderful in every way. The location was ideal. Quieter end of beach and walkable to restaurants and shops Kudos to the owner for thinking of absolutely everything ! We even found a butcher shop and cooked on the charcoal grille. Relaxing, nostalgic and delicious. This place is super clean and very comfortable. Cannot wait to return!!!!

This apartment was just what we wanted for the two of us-nicely decorated in beach theme with comfortable kitchen/living/ sleeping area. We were able to park our car and not move it our whole stay-walked everywhere. The property manager, Libby, was very easy to communicate by text and ever-ready if needed.

Nice smaller unit on a very well maintained and decorated 3 unit property that is just off a beautiful stretch of Clearwater Beach. Unit itself doesn’t have much for views but a small thoughtful patio area does and the owner offers chairs and beach accessories for the full beach experience. Property at the end of a quiet block away from all the condos.

Host Linda was great! Her place was one building in from the beach on the quiet north side of Clearwater Beach. We walked everywhere in Clearwater Beach…except to go to St Petersburg and Tarpon Springs. Great secluded deck and patio for unit A.

The best place we have stayed this close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, all flat except two small steps to the beach, the bed was very comfortable, nothing was needed except us, you are minutes to anything restaurants, nightlife, excursions! we ate supper on the patio twice, grilled steak and shrimp Will definitely be back as soon as my vacation days are earned!!!

Perfect room and amenities for my husband and I. The room was clean and anything we needed for a beach vacation was provided: beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. The beach was about 30 feet away and restaurants and shopping were a 10-15 minute walk…our car didn’t move all week. We will definitely be visiting again. They thought of everything.

Loved the place and location, theres plenty to do within walking distance. Very nice pizza place a block away. Parking closer to the shops/restaurants was kinda nightmareish but can be expected during the busy season. If you have bikes to bring this is the best place you can stay. The unit is nice and small but big enough to where you and your partner will not feel crowded. The beach was awesome, away from the more crowded areas. Amazing sunset views. We will 1000% be back.
