About this house rental
Nestled in Sedona, this charming house for $310 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Our home is charming, cozy & comfortable. It is a single-story home located in the heart of the ‘Nepenthe Neighborhood’ an upscale community in West Sedona. **NO PETS ALLOWED** It is only a 5 minute walk to ‘Nepenthe’s private pool’ We have 3 Bedrooms, 2 full baths. Parking is limited with a 2 car garage - your vehicle must be 18ft long or less to fit & no taller vehicles will fit either (there is no other parking available) We have a very large private backyard brick patio with a fire pit you can stargaze at night & enjoy your coffee out on the patio in the morning. There is a partial view of Mt Thunder from the patio as well. You can walk to restaurants, hikes, theaters, banks, and grocery stores.... Beautifully decorated, with a touch of personal artwork. The ‘Nepenthe Community pool’ is always heated from May 1st through September 30th..... If the night temp stays above 50 degrees it will be heated earlier & last longer, but it is always open. Our hot tub is open all year round as well! You must have our pool key to enter ~ We are about 2 1/2 miles to uptown Sedona. We are around 1 mile to Sunset park (Tennis court & basketball court) Playground area too. We have 2 bicycle’s, 2 tennis rackets & badminton available to use as well ~

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend for other groups / families! We enjoyed the shower water pressure, laundry, well equipped kitchen, board games and tv after our day hikes in the area :) The neighborhood was quiet and a quick drive to supermarkets and trail heads.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautifully appointed home! Everything was perfect, from a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable and spacious living room and bedrooms, a peaceful porch with spectacular views, soft and fluffy towels, stunning original art on the walls, and the added bonus of an iron and ironing board. Communication from Greg and Julie was excellent. We will definitely be back, many thanks!

The location was conveniently located and our host was very responsive and helpful with tips for eating and hikes. The pool area was nice, less than a 5 min walk or there is parking.
The kitchen was well stocked with spices and condiments.
If we visit this area again, we will definitely try to stay there.

It was great staying here and close to everything we wanted to do in Sedona – primarily hiking and shopping. The hosts, Julie and Greg, were welcoming, making sure we were happy and had everything we needed, from coffee pods and paper products to a Red Rocks pass. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the outside patio gave us time to relax with a morning coffee and to chat in the evenings around a warm fire pit. There is a nearby park which we all enjoyed before or after our day hikes. If we get a chance to return to Sedona, we will certainly stay here again!

The accommodations were spot on and perfectly suited for our family of five. The home was well-equipped with all the essentials, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The house and pool were great for hosting a girls weekend away! The house was stocked with a lot of things like laundry detergent, toiletries, coffee, etc which was really nice! It’s also a great location and close to everything.

This place is absolutely perfect. The owners, Julie and Greg were so responsive throughout the entire process. You can tell that they value their place and the experience that people have while staying there. Their place was exactly as listed. Every amenity you can think of and more. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was amazing. We did a lot of hiking and I was very grateful for the use of their Red Rock Parking Pass. The townhouse was perfect! It included everything we needed, was very comfortable and the location is central to everything in town. From the moment we stepped inside it felt warm and welcoming, just like home. It was very quiet and the complex is beautiful and well maintained. We have stayed in Sedona at various VRBO properties but this place was great option for us! Centrally located in West Sedona it was just the right size for our group of four and its close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and our attractions made it an awesome place to call home for four days. Julie was great to work with and our entire group was complimentary of the home. We spent time out by the first pit each night and the rooms were all perfect size after a day of exploring Sedona! This place is no more than 20 minutes away from everything in Sedona. Julie was amazing is coordinating our stay in addition to making helpful reccomendations in the area. Perfect place to stay with the family. We enjoyed some early morning and late evening soaks in the hot tub which was just a short walk away from the VRBO. Would come back to this place if I ever return to Sedona. 10/10
