Situated in Tacoma, this charming house for $199 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Tacoma’s North End neighborhood is the premier place to stay whether here for vacation, work, or to visit a student at one of the local universities. This home is 1.5 miles from University of Puget Sound and Tacoma’s exciting 6th Avenue District -featuring great restaurants, coffee shops, and quaint boutiques. Also within 3/4 mile of the Proctor District, Tacoma’s Old Town neighborhood, and Ruston Way, which has two miles of waterfront walkways and piers for fishing, biking, running, rollerblading or enjoying a multitude of restaurants, ranging from casual to fine dining. This 1700+ sq foot home has been stylishly furnished and offers a stocked kitchen with all the dishes & cookware you will need, and a separate high-end family room with flat screen TV and DVR for your enjoyment. There are 4 bedrooms (2 up/2 down) and 2 bathrooms: bedrooms each offer a queen bed, with one set of bunk beds. Also includes washer/dryer for your use, and secure WiFi. The house was clean with ample space for a family of four or more. The family room was wonderful for cozying up in the evenings. We have stayed here before and will again.

Cleanest vrbo I've been to in a while, upgraded touches from fluffy towels to paper towel, napkins , shampoo soap provided. Its the little touches that made this stay feel like home. Plus location in Tacoma is perfect launch point to other activities. Will syay hete again, if available

The house was very clean. It had everything we needed. We cooked 3 meals and all pots and pans and dishes were provided. The extra family room was such a nice place to celebrate in. Cozy and comfy.

Very clean!!! Beds and furniture were very comfortable! We loved having two living rooms to be able to spread out. The upstairs bedrooms are very large as well. We loved the neighborhood and felt very safe. The school down the road has a great playground. Host was very communicative. Highly recommend!

Very nice home that was perfect for our family staying in the area to attend a 70th birthday party. Fully stocked kitchen including coffee, spices, and multiple condiments. And a bottle of wine!! Four comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Close to everything, plenty of parking, nice backyard. Thank you!

Our extended family stayed 4 nights for our daughter’s wedding. We loved the 2 sitting areas. The kitchen was well stocked and even has baggies, foil, etc. They also left us a bottle of wine. Bedrooms all has portable ac units. The house was warm, but it was unusually hot. They did have a fan. We’d stay again!

Huson House was a great choice for our group of extended family coming in to celebrate my son's graduation. The location was great so there was easy access to fun Tacoma spots between family events. The house was spacious and worked out great! Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely property with everything you need to have a great stay. We had our family of 5 plus grandparents and there was plenty of room, supplies and amenities. Great location and beautiful neighborhood. We’ll stay again when we come back to visit Tacoma.

This home doesn't feel like a rental - it feels like a home. It is comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. It feels safe, and homey, and we were so thankful to have the perfect place for our family while in town for a marathon. The beds are comfortable, the sheets and towels are soft, there are extra blankets, fans, and truly we did not want for anything while we were there. Thank you to Shannon and Emily for such a great experience!

My family and I stayed here during a visit with family members who live locally. The North End home gave us a comfortable and convenient base for our visit. The two lounging areas gave everybody a little space to relax. We used the kitchen for a big family dinner one night. Everything was comfortable and homey.

We celebrated Thanksgiving with family and our daughter’s entire basketball team who were in Tacoma for a tournament. Although I had packed extras, the house actually had everything we needed including table setting for 24!! Nicely decorated and extra amenities reinforced the hospitality of the property owner. Would stay again!!

Steps out front were hazardous, especially for older persons. It would have been nice to have directions for operating the tub faucet and better lighting over front door to see the key pad. Kitchen wasn’t stocked with typical ingredients as I have found in other rentals. However the backyard was lovely and enjoyable. The bedrooms were spacious and the eating area was good also. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family! We needed a larger, affordable place to stay for a wedding down at Narrows Marina. The house was clean, beds were super comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. Centrally located close to restaurants and grocery stores. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again!

A group of us traveled from Spokane for a roller skating event and stayed in this wonderful house with zero complaints and all the comforts of home! There were 5 adults and we all felt comfortable and had enough room to spread out. The home was clean, stocked with the essentials and had an amazing outdoor area to enjoy. For sure looking forward to future visits here!!

Great Family Hangout
Used this property to bring our family together for a weekend and it was perfect! Loved the outdoor space and community areas. Bedrooms were super comfortable and there was plenty of easy parking. We even walked the cute neighborhood to go down to the local park for the kids. Would love to come back and stay again sometime!

What a great house for a family! Shannon, the property manager, was incredibly helpful while we were prepping for our trip - I asked a lot of questions because we were traveling with an infant and a toddler and she was very quick to respond. She was also incredibly accommodating. Thanks Shannon! We will be back when we come up to Tacoma again.

We loved having grocery stores, restaurants, and the zoo nearby. Great communication and property is as described. Soft beds, plenty of linens, stocked kitchen, and easy communication. My only suggestion would be to add a handrail to the outside steps. My 70yo mom had a little trouble navigating the front steps, but otherwise everything was great

This home was perfect for hosting friends and family during my wedding weekend! It is located in a quiet neighborhood of Tacoma that is central to great restaurants and stores, as well as a short distance from I-5. The home was clean and included many amenities for cooking and cleaning. Our favorite parts of the home was the huge family room and big backyard that included a fire pit & propane grill! Other notable things of the home included spacious bedrooms, clean bathrooms, and a ton of parking in front of the house. Lastly, communication with the property manager was on-point! We were very impressed and would definitely stay here again.
