The location is ideal as this condo is very close to Canyon Lodge. It has a maximum occupancy of eight. Guests of Chamonix #100 can easily make the quick 75-yard walk to Canyon Lodge. This condo is on the corner of the complex, which means it has lots of windows and plenty of natural light. The main living area in this rental is very spacious with high ceilings. It has plenty of seating for the entire family. There is a flatscreen TV as well as a wood-burning fireplace for warming up after those long days out on the slopes. The kitchen in this rental is compact but well-equipped with all the appliances you’ll need to prepare a meal for the family. There are two different dining areas with a large dining table in the breakfast nook as well as chairs at the kitchen bar for convenience. Guests can also take advantage of the on-site shared BBQs at the facility. This rental has two main bedrooms on the ground floor, and both feature attached bathrooms and flatscreen TVs. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other has a queen. The loft, which is mostly enclosed, has twin bunk beds and Euro-bunk beds for plenty of extra sleeping space. Other available amenities at the property include shared laundry facilities, a shared business center and rec room, and wireless internet access. This is the perfect property for a family or group of friends to enjoy a mountain vacation. In addition to skiing the slopes that are just steps away, guests can explore the mountains and enjoy other seasonal activities that include fishing, biking, and hiking. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great spot for ski trip. Condo is dated but in good repair and clean. Hot tubs in condo not easily accessible due to snow blocking path so if you are renting because of hot tubs think again! Also parking is tight, mainly due to snow accumulation. Able to squeeze 2 cars in tho

Location is great, right next to the Canyon Lodge. The place is well used. Everything is there that you need, but definitely has seen many many guests.

We absolutely loved this place. It was clean, plenty of beds, and had everything we needed for a weekend full of skiing! The location could not have been better - less than 100 yards from Canyon Lodge! Thank you for the great communication and ease of access!

A bit dissapointing
The location of the condo is great, right next to Chair 7. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy. Entry to the unit was super easy. However, there were many things that led us to be disappointed with the place, especially after paying a lot of money for the week.
Inside the unit, we discovered carpet that needs a good steam clean, and even a good vacuuming would have been great as there were sticker thorns throughout the carpet. Cobwebs on the walls and windows. The entire condo could use a really good general clean, and updating as it looks like it was built in the '70s. Vinyl flooring was coming loose or separating from the edges in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen floor has a soft spot in front of the range. Shower/Bath stalls could have used a real good scrubbing and bleaching. The balcony railing was damaged and unsafe. Electrical outlets need replacing as every socket was loose and could not securely hold a plug. Pillows were flat and small. The Rec room and pool area were good, although no hot water in the kitchen sink area, and the BBQ grills could have used some new burners and valves. The Rec Room is a distance away, so if you plan on BBQ or swimming, you will have to take a good walk or your car.
We did not spend a lot of time in the condo, but it would have been a much better experience if the condo was cleaned really and updated. Especially for the amount of money that we paid for rent.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved how close it was to the ski lifts. However, the place place needs some care. The unit is a bit old but still functional. The kitchen way too tiny but we managed. The grounds surrounding the area could be neater. Swim pool water too cold.

What a let down
We have stayed in this complex many times, but not this unit. This unit smelled of pee as you open the door. Now this is the mud room, but not a good start when you open the door and you don’t want to enter because the smell is so bad. Once we got past the mud room we entered the main living space to find spider webs in every room. Dirt on the floor, another bad smell coming from the microwave, and the king master mattress also smelled of pee. They need to fire who ever cleans this place because it was disgusting. Location is great and that’s why we always stay in the complex, but this place was terrible!

Comfy and Close
Great little place super close to Canyon lodge. Slept 6 easily with plenty of space to chill. We locked our keys in one morning and while boarding the local manager came out and got the key for us and put it in the lock box saving us a huge hassle (Extra Stars!). Very clean with all the standard toiletries and amenities. Hot tub was a short walk from the unit which was nice. Couldn't find coffee filters for the pot which was my only complaint, which goes to say for the price, you cant get any better! Only other thing was finding the unit was a little confusing at night.

Just what we wanted!
We were loooking for a comfortable place for two couples within walking distance to the ski lifts and this place was perfect. Two master bedrooms downstairs with their own bathrooms, a comfortable living area upstairs to gather in the evening, and a functional but VERY small kitchen for cooking meals so we did not have to eat out. There is a loft with bunk beds (even one is a queen) for kids or another couple on the 3rd floor. The place is really dated but we didn’t care, it had what we needed and each morning we could walk to Canyon Lodge to start our ski day. In the late afternoons we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. We will return!

Great Location
The location to Canyon Lodge is awesome and the condo was clean and nice enough. The reason for only 3 stars is that the condo is rather dated. Kitchen is very small and appliances are old, bathrooms dated with at least one bath had flooring coming up near shower - overall has an 80's feel. The downstairs beds were uncomfortable and we did not sleep very well, especially with the old-school heater going on and off every 30 minutes. The upstairs loft is not closed off so kids can hear everything, but not a big deal for us. Kids said they slept well in the bunks. I felt it was priced a bit high even for the location and even though we were there during a busy ski week. I would recommend this place if you're not overly particular, price is low and you want to be right next to Canyon Lodge.
