Fireworks in any form are not permitted. ● No camping allowed on our property. ● Campers, mobile/motor homes, ATV's, snowmobiles, trailers, etc. are not allowed per HOA covenants. ● Loud music or other activities that interfere with our neighbors are not permitted. ● The posted speed limit is 15-MPH. Please do not exceed the speed limit. There are children playing in area!! Please watch for wildlife on the roads as well. ● While walking in the neighborhood please stay on the roads and do not cut through neighborhood yards. Note - No weddings, rehearsal dinners, group events, etc. The maximum occupancy for this home is 12 total (10 adults maximum). The total includes day guests who must be approved by the manager.
