The family room was of good size.
Comfortable beds
Friendly and helpful staff in reception and restaurant.
Lack of variety at breakfast (if you’re vegan the options are very limited).
The hotel shows wear and tear that is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel.
The windows in the rooms were not completely airtight (one door could not be closed fully). This was only a problem when there was north wind.

Nicest indoor pool on the island that we experienced! Great views and spacious room. Friendly staff.
Breakfast was ok but not great as the eggs were a bit cold and the coffee was not so great. The views in the restaurant were very nice though. Our other meal at the restaurant was pretty good.
