We need to let you know that the owner of the lot next to our pool recently started building a home. Construction hours are 7-6 on weekdays & 9-6 on weekends. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dining area and seating for six. Furnishings are southwest style. The house was wonderful and charming! We visited in January, so I bet it would be even better in the warm months, when the pool and outdoor patio could be used (although there was a hot tub that we could have used). Awesome views of downtown Sedona and red rocks!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Casa Bramasole! It’s so fun and beautifully appointed and full of interesting features. Host was wonderful, even helped us with an early morning lockout problem! Loved it so much we booked again!

Great little place to spend a cozy Christmas with my adult children. Enjoyed the amazing view, hot tub, fireplace & proximity to trails. My only suggestion is that the beds could have been more comfortable. Overall a great spot. Would come back & stay here again.

Jeni & I both loved the property! Could not have been a more perfect 20th anniversary. We both love historic properties, and the location and views can't be matched. We felt welcomed into your home as guests, and are excited to be able to return again! Nothing was lacking as far as needs or wants in the home. Fireplace, pool, hot tub and views. Thank you!

Property was surface clean and acceptable (dust, spider webs & sticky handles was quickly resolved with sanitation wipes / broom) The weather was too cold for us to use the unheated pool or the hot tub. Everything else was fabulous! We will be back!

We had a great stay at this location. Amazing Views, Quiet and Comfortable. This home has all you need for a great stay. The pool would be great in the summer, but already a bit chilly, but the Hot Tub was a welcome addition. Views from both Patios allow for great meals or just the quietness of a morning cup of coffee. Thanks for allowing us to experience this Awesome Home.

Welcoming eclectic Sedona home in the trees! The hammock bed, the pool and the hot tub were wonderful. Walking to anywhere for us was not the best. Transportation was a must. Lovely quiet location to enjoy the scenery!

This property is always amazing in the summer winter fall or spring it provides solitude it provides vortexes it provides healing it provides anything you need to nurture what's bothering you you can't go wrong here I love it and I will continue to come here till the day I go up to heaven and then I will look down on the red rocks and keep on admiring it

We are so happy to have found you on VRBO! Unbelievable, that I was able to stay here with my husband. My grandparents built this home in 1950 & Grandma lived there until she was 101! That clean Sedona air and spectacular view was great for Pearl. We have already booked agin for next year. Michele, you have made it so beautiful. We love the added hot tub and hanging bed. Perfect in very way!

We have stayed here four times and love the house and location. It is a very quiet and private property . The house is quaint and charming , artsy and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking and had several fires in the late afternoon/ evening during rainy / snowy days . The red rock scenery surrounding the house is outstanding.

We had such a great stay! The weather was not ideal for venturing out much so the hot tub and fireplace made it a wonderful place to stay. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Such a great place! So much better than one tiny hotel room! The outdoor space is amazing- with the hot tub, pool, little porch areas, etc… We were there in February and the hot tub was perfect! The inside decor is very nice and fitting for the area. Such great views from the dining table. Anitra provided fresh flowers- very nice touch! Michele was quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our stay.

Such a wonderful blissful atmosphere of tranquility! This place is a gem! A place of such quietness, peace that gets you away from all the hustle and bustle of life. A definite place to reserve again and again! Hot tub & pool are a plus! Split bedrooms with 2 baths make this place so convenient for couples!

Cozy cabin getaway. We stayed in December. It snowed 3 of the nights which made the use of the hot tub and fireplace extra special. The views of the rocks are spectacular from the home and waking up to see the snow on them was even better.

This property just soared to the top of my “Arizona getaway destinations.” It is better than any resort— with a pristine pool, a relaxing hot tub, a swinging cabana, and dreamy views. Within an hour of arriving, I was scoping out the property’s open dates for a return trip. It is truly magical and restorative! The house itself is charming and utterly comfortable— as someone else said, it has “an old Sedona” feel with new appliances and artistic details. I just felt so safe and content. Two nights was not enough— but we enjoyed every minute of pure luxury. We recommend Oak Creek Brewery, Sedonuts, and Picasso’s Pizzeria! Some of our nearby favorites that never disappoint… we hope to return very, very soon!

Our only suggestion is that there’s no longer a Burger King. It made it difficult to locate the correct road. Mileage would help too. But the house and pool were located in an absolutely beautiful setting. We were very happy. Thanks!
