The apartment was great! Very clean, thoughtful details throughout. Stereo with CD's, very comfrotable beds with plenty of pillows and bedding, coffee and tea and milk provided which was a nice surpise, especially since we had run out of creamer. Lovely views, quiet location, and an overall great spot.

The location is pretty good. A little but out of the way but close enough to Akureyri.
Lots of glass windows if you want to enjoy the outside view andooking for aurora.
The washer and dryer are a bonus.
There is a faint of smell almost like mildew

Beautiful property for our family of 4. We particularly enjoyed and made use of the shared laundry. The hosts were very nice and proactive by asking us how we wanted the bed arrangements which was a nice surprise as we have two kids and preferred them to not share a bed.
The walls are a bit thin so you may be unlucky if you have loud neighbours.
