We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Akureyri

Views from the living room were amazing!

We had one small issue with the water not draining in the shower. We contacted the owners and they had someone to the apartment and had the issue fixed within 10 minutes of me calling. Great service!

Breathtaking view, but the bathroom is too small

The apartment offers a truly breathtaking view — with both the sea and mountains visible from the living room, it’s a standout feature that adds a lot of value to the stay. The kitchen is another positive point: well-equipped and convenient for preparing meals.

The place is a little worn out overall, and doesn’t quite live up to the photos — which appear to have been taken when the place was in better condition. The bathroom is disproportionately small compared to the spacious bedrooms, kitchen, and lounge area. The sink is especially problematic — it’s so tiny that washing your face causes water to splash out, and there’s a low shelf above it that makes it easy to accidentally bump your head. Flies were another issue. There were quite a few in the apartment during our stay. Although a fly spray was provided, it didn’t fully resolve the problem and it became quite annoying.

Amazing views, all the facilities we needed as a family if 4. Perfect location (with a car) to explore the beauty of North Iceland.

Could hear next door - but not a big deal. Wouldn’t stop us staying again.

Bellissimo appartamento con una vista mozzafiato sul fiordo! Appartamento pulito, spazioso, con cucina attrezzata. Con il binocolo è possibile avvistare le balene comodamente seduti sulle poltrone!

Nice location and a lovely view of the Fjord.

This place needs a serious renovation! The apartment smelled badly during of stay of cooking grease, and in general the whole place could use an update. Price vs quality was not great, so maybe consider a cheaper option where you get what you pay for.
