Host was lovely and welcoming, and the place was thoroughly cleaned before check in to the best standards. Check in and out was very smooth. Room size was very good, more than enough space for belongings. Easy to reach location, and bed was comfortable too!

This place has an unfair rating. It is what it says it is. I was surprised by previous low ratings on cleanliness. It was flawlessly clean, it is in good location and the process of check in and out are fairly smooth and straightforward. Fairly acceptable for anyone on a budget that rather have accommodation close to city centre.
The accommodation can not be blamed by other guests mischief (staying long periods in the toilets, hair drying at 1 am for 15 minutes) or the neighbours (that were a bit noisy on Saturday night).

Self check-in was easy, helpful over Whatsapp and great property for a few nights in Verona. Great location and spacious rooms to feel comfortable in.

The location, cleaniness were ok.
The bed needs to be changed. It is impossible to sleep. The bed creaks with every move.
