Love the location of this hotel. Close to train station where you could get a bus( 2 E) or a easy 25 walk to the center. At the train station you can get the Hop On/Off Bus. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Our private bathroom was outside room. Appreciated the elevator and the shared kitchen.The gentleman that greeted us was vey friendly.

Communication was great from the moment of the booking, with a lot of information and advice for a good stay.
The room was as described, conveniently located near the train station. It is not a central area, but you can walk to city center (or take a bus).
Bathrooms and rooms were clean, the AC was working well.
Don't expect a luxury hotel, it is a private house you share with other people so be prepared for that!

The property itself is acceptable.
Misleading info about location. Difficult to access. We only had 24 hrs in Verona and wanted to be in walkable area. This is not. We did not stay here and asked for a partial refund but our calls went unanswered
