Nice renovated place. Spacious for four people, could have had a couple more. Kitchen was nice and new fully equipped. Spices and Tupperware which was a nice touch. I liked that the unit had safety features like carbon monoxide alarms and fire extinguishers. A few drawbacks. Three mile drive to Vail parking garage. The area is quite remote so when you return home after dark it is quite dark. You have to go up a steep path to the entrance of the unit which is in the back of the property. You can’t see that in the pictures. This is a town house, it wasn’t quite clear in description. We just left and it was quite warm in the unit. Inside temperature 85 every day when we returned from our daily outing. Had to break open all the window and place the one box fan in the opening of the sliding door to cool the place down. Bathroom windows in the loft do not have screens. The whole house has very thin blinds which isn’t a problem for the middle and third floor but a problem for the basement rooms. You can totally see through them at night which was a problem for my teen girls at night. Really should consider darker blinds. The beds on the bottom floor squeak really loud with every move. I slept their a couple of nights and it totally kept me up. Also, had a little friend in the bed one night. Small black spider! Lastly, The front door is hard to lock and comes without any instructions. Had to have someone stand outside for several minutes while we figured out how to lock the door.

We had a fantastic experience at the Booth Creek townhome in 2022. Communication by property manager was stellar. Called us before we got there stayed in communication all the way through. We had no operational issues while on our trip. Only recommendation we could make would be adding darker blinds/ curtons to the bottom floor bedrooms for more privacy.

This was our second time staying here. It’s a great layout and the house comes stocked with everything you need. Great location if going west (Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon) or East (Frisco, Dillon, Breckenridge).
Great house and iTrip is wonderful to work with on booking!

Great Place!
This booth creek townhouse was perfect for what we needed. It was everything that was advertised. Very clean, stocked with essentials including adequate kitchen cookware and utensils. The wine fridge was delightful! It’s the perfect location for the bus route. Just a short 5 min walk and one of the first few stops going into and out of the village. We had to reschedule our trip due to a family emergency and itrip/vail mountain properties were very accommodating and allowed us to reschedule without hassle to a new available date. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place to stay in Vail and we would definitely return here to stay again!

We loved everything about the condo…except for the I70 noise. The condo is very clean, furnished nicely, with updated kitchen and baths. The kitchen is well stocked.. The condo is right across the street from a tennis court and park and you can catch the bike trail into Vail village by going under I70 (via sidewalk). It’s less than 3.5 miles into the village. You can also catch the shuttle bus right at the bottom of a small hill. The only negative was the noise (you could hear I70 even with the windows closed, and since there is no AC you will need to open the windows during the warmer months), and while some highway noise is to be expected in Vail, it seemed particularly loud here (as opposed to other condos we’ve stayed in over the years). Also, take into consideration that the master bedroom (with the only king sized bed) is in a loft, and while this is disclosed in the property description, just be aware that it has no door/lacks privacy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but unfortunately the noise will prevent us from staying here again..

Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhome. The townhome itself is well-appointed and everything has been kept in good condition. The ktichen is well-stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils.
We also loved the location! The neighborhood is quiet, however, just across the street from home is a beautiful park with tennis courts and a playground. We also liked the quick access to the Gore Valley Trail with just a short walk to the path.

Nice unit
Nice place with nice updates. Great park next door and easy access to Vail and I 70. Would like to see curtains or something on the two main floor windows by the sidewalk as windows are always just uncovered. As a whole the owner has done nice finishes to the unit. Mention of steep walkway to condo would have been nice. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay
We had a great time at the booth creek condo on our family vacation. The beautifully renovated condo was well equipped with high quality products (towels, kitchen supplies, bed linens) and well laid out for our group of 5 adults.
It is located close to Vail - about a 5 minute drive and right on the bus line.
Would highly recommend others staying here. Thank you to the iTrip team and the owners of the condo for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Great Vail Spring Break
Thank you Robin and Chris with Vail Vacations. The Booth Creek condo was furnished and decorated in a way that reflects the mountain feel of Vail. It was the perfect size for our family of four. The skylights were nice to wake up to the early morning sun. Good location.

Booth Creek
Beautiful place to stay. 3 floors; Great for a family. If you have very small children the stairs may be an issue but could easily put up a pressure gate. Beautifully apointed, updated, very clean, smoke-free, pet-free. Parking space included but a short walk to free bus stop gets you to Vail Village and Lionshead quickly. If you don't want to drive, uber is also a very inexpensive option (but the parking lots at both spots are free in the summer). There is also a great playground and tennis courts almost across the street from property. Beds were comfortable, tvs in each room (we were never home for very long as Vail is so nice to explore outdoors!) We love the area and love this place. Hoping to make a trip back in the winter to ski!

Booth Creek
The condo at Booth Creek was beautiful. The only thing we did not like were the skylights in the loft and the lack of a dresser. We basically had to live out of our suitcases for 4 days.
We were up every morning at 5:30 am due to the light coming in the skylights. As there was a King size bed in the loft, I assumed it was a master suite.
I am unable to change the rating, but I would give it 4 stars.

Beautiful condo.
Beautiful condo. Only complaint was the master bedroom was in the loft area with 2 skylights right over the bed. Impossible to sleep past 5:30am. Also there was no dresser in the loft We had to live out of our suitcases.

A Beautiful Condo in East Vail
Just a ten minute walk to one of the most beautiful hikes in the Vail Valley, Booth Falls, this three bedroom unit has just been fully renovated with luxury finishes and decor. Itrip did a great job supporting our stay. It's a quiet unit in an East Vail condo development, just a short ride by shuttle bus or car to Vail Village. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again, Itrip, for making our stay most enjoyable!

Loved out stay!
The accommodations are terrific! The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and has absolutely everything you could need. The decor is top notch. Our only comment would be the master bedroom and bath have very little to no storage for clothes and toiletries. Because our trip was in the summer this was not much of a problem, but I believe wintertime would be a different issue because you need so many more clothes. We would stay here again.
