Good location. Very basic, but covers the necessities. Personnel is polite.
Stayed several times over the years and saw it degrade; no money is being put back into it. Carpets desperately need a deep-cleaning and various repairs are necessary here and there. Bed was not made and no cleaning was done during my stay.

The hotel is in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of options, and they easily accommodated vegans. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the filtered water stations in the corridor instead of the plastic bottles you usually find in hotels.
Although the room was spacious, the layout felt awkward; there was very little space around the bed, and the window curtain was almost touching it. The room was also missing some basic amenities you’d normally expect at a 4-star hotel, such as a safe, shampoo, conditioner, body cream, and facial tissues. Towels were provided but were of a rather modest quality.
Housekeeping could also be improved. When we checked in, the bathroom trash can still had items from the previous guests and wasn’t emptied during our stay. On one day, cleaning was entirely missed; although we asked the cleaner to return in a few minutes as we were leaving, no one came back afterward.

Good location. Reasonably comfortable. Fair price.
Hardly any fruits for breakfast (low variety and quantity). Staff "rushed me out" of the property on check-out, just after 15 minutes past 12:00. Although it was already after limit hour, it was not very nice(it had never happened to me; there is normally some more "flexibility" on this situation).
