Very nice design, great location, many restaurants around, and also museums. Big spacious rooms, very clean.
I haven’t seen any stuff at the reception during my 2 night’s visit. Many stairs to climb until the 3rd floor, especially if you carry luggage.

The breakfast and room staff were fabulous.
The owner was aggressive and rude. Doesn't give an itemised bill, doesn't record the mini bar, does not have a price list and then sends rude notes about an unpaid bill when she has no staff on to take money. Beautiful location. She let's down the Beautiful venue and her colleagues.
