Our family of 4, (2 teens) plus our dog Lucy had a great stay! The unit was well appointed, and in a GREAT location, a block off Charles St in Beacon Hill. Great shops and restaurants were within walking distance, as well as Boston Commons. The unit was large enough for us, and quiet. Parking was tricky in the neighborhood, but we found Visitor street parking overnight. We had some water come through a leak in the downstairs back door after a heavy rain. We didn't see a mop, so cleaned it up with paper towels. We had a great time-thanks!

Overall, very good. Location is very good. Being in midst of an 'alley/way,' may not be everyone's cup of tea, esp at nite, but conversely, very quiet! Access to surrounding neighborhood is awesome. The renovation/updates all are good and of good quality. The electricity breaker switch on main floor level bedroom does trip sometimes when A/C operating in both bedrooms. And for the cost, I'd recommend a new, 'pullout couch' ('garden'/lower level), enabling comfortable seating/sleeping for fam of 5 or 6. All in all, a good place, good stay, thx!

The location of this property was fantastic, right off St. Charles in Beacon Hill. We had two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, plus a garden-level living room with kitchen and lots of room. One bath upstairs, one downstairs. The sofa bed downstairs is very uncomfortable but we brought an airbed. The decor is modern but quaint, and the setting was quiet. The townhouse opens onto a very narrow street (alley), but street parking is on other streets and there's a lot about 3 blocks away. Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. Thanks!

Great location. Loved that we were able to walk everywhere. Only downside- not for the light sleeper. We haven't lived in an apt. for 25+ years, so take that into account but the street noise and people coming in to the units upstairs was pretty loud.

Beautiful Apartment!
Beautiful Apartment!
Beautiful apartment! So lovely, so spacious and thoughtfully decorated. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay! Everything is new, everything is very pretty. We were able to dine in and eat on the patio which was really nice. This is arguably the single best street in Boston. It is a private small exclusive street - very quiet in the middle of this stunning neighborhood. The neighborhood itself is divine with everything at our feet. The host was super helpful - she mapped out our whole time and gave us all the best restaurants and sights to see. This was a really special trip because we stayed in such an authentic spot. It was so much better than a hotel. This is a top level place to place on every dimension - it gets my highest recommendation and will not disappoint!
