This property was beautiful and perfectly located! My ONLY complaint was the cleanliness of the home. We arrived Saturday and immediately unpacked, headed to the pool/hot tub then had dinner. As we went to retire for the evening we noticed one of the King suites was COVERED in dog hair in a home that does not allow pets. Literally, covered - the comforter, the sheets even the pillows covered by pillow cases! How does that even happen?? One of my nephews is highly allergic to dogs and his eyes swelled up. It was important to have a pet-free home. My son and nephew were in the double twin. His bedding was also dirty. One of the shams had a yellow glob of some sort that bleed all the way through the pillow. The outdoor area and decks were riddled with spider webs I mean everywhere. I felt like I was in the movie Arachnophobia. You had to sweep away cobwebs before you could even enter the pool area. We were up until almost 3AM cleaning and washing the bedding and affected bedrooms. I will say the property management company promptly addressed our concerns. They had a cleaning crew come out to address the uncleanness of the home and brought additional bedding, as well an upholstery company to clean the rugs and couches and the outdoor areas. I am still awaiting a response on compensation for the day we spent cleaning when my card was charged for cleaning. We lost a day essentially by staying up all night washing bedding and sleeping to make up for it the next day. Aside from that rather large mishap it was a beautiful home and we love Corolla. We will be back... just maybe another home.

Well folks, this was our first time to outer banks and we are so thankful to have chosen this amazing home. It is spacious, well thought out floor plans. Amazing pool and hot tub. We all loved every aspect of this home. The owners tell a little of their story, which I loved and it made is want to really take good care of the place. It's very close to the beach. The view from the top deck is gorgeous. I watched the sunrise every morning. We will definitely book this place again!

Perfect beach house

Great location, comfortable and homey feel. We were a party of 9, smaller than originally intended. The location was wonderful, short walk to the water and right at the public access. The beach however, was not easily accessible for someone with mobility difficulties, steps up one side and down the other side of the dune.
The sunrises on the top deck were without a doubt our favorite. Breathtaking!
Our only complaints:
The lawn was knee high on arrival and not mowed until the day before we left, we avoided the swing set.
The HVAC maintenance person let themself in while we were in the pool, there was no notification of them coming. They were also unmasked. We encountered them when we went back in the house to grab an extra towel.
Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to accommodate a large group.

Great location! Love the top deck with polywood furniture. Plenty of room for a large family to make meals, eat and play games after supper. Beach is steps away with a lifeguard!! And, the pool and swing-set for the younger grandchildren provided hours of fun.

Excellent beach house. Location is great. House is very nice. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. We had 12 family members with plenty of space. Pool is very nice although not heated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Adjacent to beach access path. If you happened to be mid block it would be quite a long walk to beach access. This house is perfectly located if oceanfront isn’t in play.

Beautiful house close to the beach in Corolla
Beautiful, well equipped home. Perfect for 2 large families. The owners have thought of everything. While the property manger was responsive, they were slow and some what reluctant you handle the fire alarms that went off after 10pm three nights in a row. We removed batteries, as we could, but some required a ladder which we did not have. On day 3 or 4 someone from the property management came out and did what he could but shared that it would take several hours to do them all so he would recommend that all be replaced at a later time. Outside of the late night fire alarms, we had a wonderful and much needed trip in the beach. I would stay in this house again.

This is a wonderful place for a family getaway. A block from the beach, super close to grocery and shopping, and a beautiful pool. It has everything including that at home family feeling. There is nothing to not like.
