Absolutely loved the location of Julie's condo! Super clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Pool was so refreshing after a day at the beach. Publix is right across the alley which is a huge plus!!! Thank you Julie for sharing your little gem 🌴

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is awesome with shopping right across the street and the walk to the beach was easy and pretty! The condo was very clean. The beds were very comfortable which I am picky about, but I slept so good there. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The closet with the beach supplies was very helpful too. Julie is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a great stay and will definitely be back to this condo! Thank you for sharing your place!

Our stay was wonderful on AMI. The property is a short walk to the public beach along city park sidewalks and has plenty of beach chairs and toys to take along. The kitchen is beautiful and had many of the things you’d need on a daily basis. A short walk to Publix helped us cook breakfast daily. The space was open and clean and felt like the perfect amount of space for a vacation. We loved the patios and they helped us spend even more time outside!

Hands down, the best place we’ve stayed on AMI! Location was great and it was so comfy to relax after a long day at the beach with kids. We had everything we needed and more. Cannot recommend enough!

Everything was very nice. The decks off of both bedrooms were wonderful. Easy check in and check out. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. Next time we’ll have to plan for a longer stay.

This place was so awesome ! We loved our time there. Kitchen update is gorgeous . Two block walk to the beach. Had the pool to ourselves . Beaches were clean , people friendly and food delicious . This condo was very clean and organized . Publix with in walking distance . We had everything that we needed. We can not wait to go again! Thank you !!!!

We had a great time at AMI and Holmes Beach. Julie and Joe are wonderful hosts. They were easy to communicate with about the condo. We appreciated all of the items that were in the kitchen, and storage cabinet for the beach. The pool is a great addition and it's close to all you outside needs. Thank you for a great stay. This is a beautifully updated condo, but renters beware. This is a lower unit. We were able to hear the guests upstairs walking, jumping, and stomping; at times causing the dishes to rattle! The owners clearly spent a lot on the update, but skimped entirely on the beach equipment. There were 2 rusted (uncomfortable) sand chairs, 2 pop-up chairs, and a beach umbrella. No relaxing recliners and no beach wagon. The unit is in a quiet neighborhood, right behind the Publix and close to the beach, but sadly, we won’t be returning.

We had a great time during our stay during most of the month of March 2022. The kitchen remodel was great - had enerything that we needed. Great location - close to shops and restaurants, plenty of space, enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. Pat and Sue

We had a wonderful time with family despite the unusually cold weather Florida had last weekend. The 2 screened in porches gave us a great place to play cards and Holmes Beach is just a 3 min drive (and easy parking) for the grandparents and an 8-10 min walk for the rest of us. We were right behind a Publix for easy grocery shopping and 2 blocks from the AMI trolley. There was a little bit of water damage evident that will likely be repaired soon but otherwise, the beds were cozy, the kitchen well stocked and the neighborhood very friendly.

This place has been beautifully updated and is very comfortable. We loved being able to walk to the grocery store and the beach! The heated pool was small but nice, and we had to ourselves most of the time. We didn't have any contact with the property manager, but we didn't need to. Highly recommend! Cons: No views and a bit of traffic. The knives could be replaced with serrated ones and the kitchen towels were pretty awful, but at least the provided paper towels. Also, only one of the beach chairs was comfortable and that is being generous. Other than that, everything was fine.

We had a perfect 4 days in AMI. My daughter took me and my four grands on a short getaway before Christmas. We loved the condo. It was beautifully decorated and well furnished. My grandchildren lived the pool! We enjoyed a couple beach days, shopping, great food and family time. It was a perfect location to the beach, Publix, the trolley and about anything else you would want. We’re thinking this might become a tradition! 💕💕

We thoroughly enjoyed our Girls Weekend. It did rain a bit, so the covered parking was a huge plus. The condo was just like the pics and very comfortable. I gave 4 stars on the cleanliness only because there were some tiny tiny ghost ants in the kitchen.
